If they are going to try to sell that house they’re currently in, they likely had it appraised, photographed, etc. during the jail stint where Ratmom and Ratdad deep cleaned that house, replaced the doors, etc. Still going to be a really difficult sell. They have a ton of work to do to reclaim all of the filth and pestilence Austin has spread.

Wondering if the intent was to downsize to prevent Austin from being able to move back in if that really is happening. They have a really nice home and it’s on an incredible lot. Nice private area. It really sucks that Austin can’t like go fuck off in the woods when he decides to do drugs. That actually might make for an interesting stream.

From my own personal experience, it just gives leverage for the seller to ask for some $$$ off. Shouldn't stop a sale. There's always going to be inconsistencies with the photoshoots, and a cardboard door like that costs $60 and $50 in professional labor to replace and the seller could probably get $1k off asking.

I wish I could say I can't believe Ratdad would let rats in the house to fuck with Bossman's cool cool bathroom sink water like that. That he loves so much he needs a crispy rip of it every five minutes. But I know Ratdad would do anything to flip that fuckin switch. It's so wrong dudes

Definitely, he cannot leave the state OR the area under his bond conditions and needs to notify the court if he moves.

Of course this is Bossman and DGAF about no bond conditions or conditions of probation, he'll do just what he wants.

Unfortunately the Judges, DAs and probation office don't see things the same way hence he is facing termination of his probation which means jail sentences from the cases he was on probation for are imposed RIGHT then and there.
If he gets his probation revoked, our boy is facing a LONG jail maybe prison term.
