Did he just admit to going to therapy weekly? Therapy that is weekly is usually for the absolute crazies to make sure they aren't being a danger to others, otherwise therapy should be a monthly thing if you aren't that crazy but still a little crazy.

That was in the past. Now, therapy is just the friend these people don't have. Sander's former therapist was likely his ex, who we know ran like the wind away from him. He's probably torturing now the poor therapist about how he's not good enough only for the therapist to give him the reaffirmation that he doesn't get anywhere else. That's basically the reality of modern therapy;
They tend to drug danger to self/others patients into being zombies and give them little (if any) therapy at all. People who end up in locked facilities have the option to do a lot of therapies but they aren't forced and the focus in on getting the drug doses correct & releasing them.
People I know who go to younger therapists seem to just get affirmed in whatever they thought to begin with, and told they're awesome regardless of what they are doing. Its worse than friendship, its more like renting the kind of yes-man that dysfunctional celebrities rely on. If you act like a retard too much an actual friend will tell you to stop, like "Hey sander, do not post shirtless weight gain progress pictures on the internet, everyone will make fun of you and only half of it will be behind your back".
