As I have speculated before, at least one pest has undoubtedly sent the collected circumstantial evidence and theories to MPD.

As far as anyone can tell, Patrick hasn’t even been brought in for questioning, which leads to the two logical conclusions that either MPD don’t give enough of a fuck to investigate, or they don’t agree that Patrick is a credible suspect.

If Patrick had been arrested or even gone in voluntarily to answer questions regarding the matter he would have told any pest accusing him of the murder that the police agree that he didn’t, child.

So while I still think he could have done it, the MPD either don’t, don’t care, or don’t have enough evidence to bring him in over it.

He didn't do it. If he had you know he'd either let it slip by now or he'd imply he's capable of stacking bodies when someone taunts him on social media. Piggy oinks it up about anything he's ever done and even adds some incredibly stupid lies on top of all that.

He couldn't hope to keep a crime like that quiet.

That motivational speaker was his mother, who told him he's a very good, very special, very smart boy, and his father was going to have a word with those mean teachers and principals that told him he should work harder.

Patrick thought at the time that meant his father was going to threaten these men or at least speak to them harshly.

The men changed their tune real quick but not for the reasons Patrick thought. Unfortunately ever since then he's been convinced he's always right and everyone else is wrong.

Was that before or after the swattings? The problem with trying to report Patrick for the police is that too many people have been cow tipping and the police won't take it seriously. Some pest may have compiled all of the details and sent the information to the police, but if five other pests had previously called the cops to report that Patrick was turning small black children into pepperoni, they would blow it off as another prank.

The only chance that something actually comes of this is if the FBI is actually building a case against Pat and he kept the gun that he used to commit the murder. Anyone else would have put that gun down a storm drain or the bottom of Milwaukee River or Bay, but Fatrick is the stupid sort who would keep it hidden at home. If he were to get raided, there's a good chance that agents would find it,

One never knows with Pat. He also claims to have been in multiple knife fights and has lied about plenty of other things that both happened or never happened. He has no problem threatening violence against other people was well. He's a sociopathic dimwit, but he's not quite so stupid as to confess to a murder. It's entirely uncharacteristic that he doesn't even deny it when he'll deny anything else whether it's something provable like his abysmal high school GPA or even something as absurd as being the sun from Teletubbies. That's what makes people far more suspicious than they otherwise would be.

I don’t know the exact timeline, but the Tramell murder and compiled theories predate even this thread.
It definitely happened before the swattings and I should think a pest sent the “dossier” to MPD long before they started.

Even so, had it been sent to the police in the middle of the swattings, then it still would have been assessed for seriousness, surely?
You have a point if it was just some silly obvious bait, like “Fatrick shot JFK! We have proof”, but this would be information regarding an actual unsolved murder implicating a suspect who at least lives in the same area where it happened.
That warrants some investigation surely.

Patrick did take a trip to the lake immediately after the murder. He also reported a gun stolen along with his joke book claiming is was fascists trying to silence him. There was a lot of bizarre behavior from him around the time of the shooting. He posted a weird video that night where he was sweaty and clammy, obviously distraught wearing his Captain America mask, made that odd "Nature is healing" tweet.

Then there's the swatings and the harassment campaign. I'm of the belief that he started all of this to muddy the waters. Like was stated above, this loser is regularly getting tips called in about ducking through the alleyways after setting fire to Hooligans, grinding niggers to pepperoni, campaigns from retards like Jackie. I'm sure they get a tip or two blaming Pat for damn near every crime that makes the news. Rick a truly a dumb piece of shit, but he is quite a bit more intelligent than your average murdering street thug. If he did kill Bernell, I have to give him props for the cover up. I truly believe it's probably too late and this case will stay cold. The only way I could see Pat catching any real heat would be if the actual residents of Riverwest started pushing for it and I don't really see how it could happen.

My theory is that Rick killed Bernell because he supported Trump, Bernell was out there every day with his signs and 99.9% of people were friendly with him. Nobody was punching the Nazi, nobody was fighting back. That was unacceptable and dangerous in Pat's eyes. Pat sees minorities as people that need to be led by intelligent white men like himself, like Niki said in the interviews, they want to "use their white privilege for good". Someone like Bernell could steer a lot of black the "wrong" way. After all, Bernell was friendly with A LOT of people so he must be convincing them. In Rick's mind you always punch Nazis, and what's a Nazi? Anyone you disagree with. And if nobody else was going to do it, Rick had to do it himself.

The hardest thing for me to reconcile with that belief is the fact that Patrick is a fat lazy coward who prefers to pretend he's giving orders to his massive following if like minded individuals in Twitter while he hides under his pink fart blankie. On the other hand, Patrick is one of the few people in existence with the right level of stupidity to think Bernell deserves to be shot over his beliefs. Mr. Trammell was your classic politically involved eccentric. He had things that he strongly believed in and he would pick out those things in political movements ala carte and spend his time advertising them. He wasn't your typical MAGA guy, his two biggest things were Trump and BLM for fucks sake. Everyone in the community knew he was a bit out there. Nobody took him too seriously. But he was a kind, jovial dude who really stood for the things he believed in. Who could hate that? It's as American as it gets! Only Patrick could see someone like that as an enemy...

Something I noticed about him is that he often has a weird backwards rationalization to all his lies.

On the Grinding niglets into roni, the police did apparently pay him a visit at least once for this.
In response to the Craigslist advertisement anyway.
However, the police are not all a collection of dumb fucks.
As there wasn’t subsequently a spike in missing black babies, and even if for the sake of argument few black people would report missing children to the police, surely police informants would hear about it and let the police know.
Thus, the reasonable conclusion is it’s people fucking with this guy for whatever reason.

But as you point out, Trammel was well known and even a bit of a local fondly thought of character.
Not a village idiot whom the police were secretly relieved that someone killed him before he did something heinous or forced a suicide by cop situation.

Fatrick is that kind of person, by comparison.
Being able to hold him in jail for a time or at least scare the fuck out of him by arresting him on suspicion of murder would be a great short term solution.

Hence why I don’t think they have enough on him, because he is also known to be litigious, even if he is unsuccessful.
A “wrongful arrest” would be something he would definitely attempt to sue the MPD over.
Granted, they would be able to make it stick, but the point also is that these cases are a pain and waste of time for involved officers.

Plus for all we know, the police have already seen footage completely clearing Patrick.
Like maybe he was dead drunk collapsed in a pool of his own piss and vomit outside hooligans when the murder happened, and this is the real reason Patrick never addresses it when it is brought up on Twitter?

I don’t think the divorce angle.

Mostly because my theory on them both is that they have resigned to knowing that they will never “do better”, so will just remain married to avoid dying alone.

Murder suicide I think is a more than possible situation.
He does have drinking and anger problems.
Then of course, guns in the house.
All it takes is him getting too drunk, killing Niki, then waking up with the mother of all hangovers, finding her dead and shooting himself in panic.

Suicide by cop is likely too. Not deliberate, but a similar situation to the above.
Drunkenly wandering around with his gun out, gets into a pissed up argument with a copper, copper winds up shooting him after he refuses to drop his gun.
