Most pedophiles probably don't consider themselves to be political at all apart from wanting pedophilia to be illegal. That's not to say they are politically unaffiliated, it's just that normies tend to view their own opinions as not being "political". The skewed perception people are getting about this stems partly from pedophilia advocates standing out more, which must either take the form of "pedophilia is a sexual orientation or immutable condition of birth" which is left wing (and in case you forgot the mainstream media tried to push this about ten years ago), or take the refuge of "free speech" which is currently right wing coded (although it might be left wing coded again in a few years), and, regardless of whatever their actual politics are, they have to pretend to be who they're trying to appeal to (just like how Jeremy Hambly pretended to be a hardcore Christian conservative after Charlie Kirk died, but is now saying he was never MAGA now that the grift is dying), or they have to make specious arguments about how pedophilia is trad or natural which is right wing and has the backing of the right wing's favorite federal asset Nick Fuentes. The other part comes from the fact that pedophiles tend to be more visible on Xitter, which is predominantly right wing. That being said, if you were to look at big pedophile discord servers you probably wouldn't find anything overtly political except for the occasional "Touhou is trans" or "right wing aesthetic Touhou" meme (and of course the ever present Discord tranny).
