How long until we get a repeat of the car repossession saga? Yes, he wasn't paying the bills, but the apartment complex he's been evicted from wouldn't conceal the car from people coming to collect, so actually it's Schaefer's fault. Also, the car is too cold!

Police are fully agents of the state and enjoy qualified immunity. Constables (at least in Nevada) are private individuals with legal powers to enforce orders of courts (such as evictions). They do not, however, enjoy qualified immunity but a lesser level of immunity.

Just found an article about a Vegas constable who was attacked by a man with a machete while he was carrying out an eviction, from January of this year. He did not have a body worn cam, and officials stated that the constable's office was "currently in the process of getting them". How quick that rollout is going is anyone's guess, but there's definitely a chance we get it.

They are. All bodycam footage is considered public records in Nevada. They would most likely blur out the interior of the house, but unlike other cucked states that won't be mentioned here, they will release the footage if it exists.
