If they submitted any video or recordings into admissible evidence it should be able to be released via a FOIA.

There's possibly a failure to supervise argument. I still see the case as basically all but worthless at this point. They might settle for nuisance value but Fatty's dream of a big payday is basically dead.

As soon as any jury hears that he was convicted of threatening to kill his first, better pregnant wife, he won't get a fucking red cent. The jury will find that demanding to see that everything was fine was completely justified because he is a psychotic pig monster.

This seems like a likely outcome if Piggy doesn't tard out completely. The case deflated instantly to near zero value with this ruling.

Literally the strongest case he had against an individual was against Evans, and the basic gist of it was he was kind of a dick. That's not a constitutional violation. Law enforcement having to deal with you in their formal capacity does not oblige them to be polite about it.

Called it forever ago, the case gets gutted, tiny bit is allowed to trial, they offer him a pity nuisance settlement, he refuses it, and takes it to trial, where he gets humiliated. He's way too pig-headed (pun fully intended) and narcissistic to see anything less than millions of dollars as anything but an insult.
