An illegal trans immigrant admitted Tuesday to molesting a 14-year-old boy inside the bathroom of a Manhattan bodega last year — but won’t have to do any more time behind bars.


Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a 31-year-old Colombian immigrant, pleaded guilty to second-degree rape in Manhattan Supreme Court for sexually assaulting the teen in East Harlem last year and was promised a sentence of just six months — which she has already served.


That means the creep will be free to go when she is sentenced April 27 — unless federal immigration agents are there to slap on the cuffs again to deport her.


The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office said the resolution was reached in close consultation with the victim’s family, sparing the teenager from having to testify to both the grand jury and over several days at trial.

“We expect the defendant to remain detained and be deported following sentencing, due to the felony conviction,” a spokesperson for the DA’s office said in a statement.

Officials at ICE did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday.

Suarez, was already wanted in Massachusetts on robbery, prostitution and weapons charges, followed the teenager into a bodega across the street from Thomas Jefferson park on Feb. 11, 2025 and raped him, according to prosecutors.

The young victim flagged down bystanders after the attack. Suarez was arrested the next day and charged.

Officials at US Immigration and Customs Enforcement later obtained a detainer to take the sex fiend into custody for deportation once the criminal case is done.


“This creep should’ve never been released into our country,” Tricia McLaughlin, then-Department of Homeland Security assistant secretary, said in a statement after the arrest.

“Thanks to the failed sanctuary policies and Biden’s open-border agenda, this serial criminal was freed to prey on innocent American children – but that ends now,” McLaughlin said. “ICE will not allow predators like Contreras-Suarez to terrorize American citizens.”


Federal immigration officials have feuded with the Big Apple in recent years over the city’s sanctuary status, which limits local cooperation with the feds in civil deportation matters.

The thing is, predators like this pick their prey carefully. They go after children with weak or no fathers. Ones who are unlikely to have a support system of people who love them and also love breaking the legs of people who hurt them.

That's one of the reasons the UK rape gangs still haven't seen justice and never will. They go after runaways, drug addicts, that sort. And as BLM has recently taught us, the only thing politicians listen to is violence.

Eventually, the pedophiles will become so emboldened that they go after the child of a man whose desire for retribution is stronger than his fear of prison. Only then will creatures like this retreat to the shadows and judges will start giving them proper sentences.

Holy fuck only 6 months and this freak will be free? Deportation isn't the most appropriate punishment. It should be death penalty. Preferably public execution.

A little about pay. Each new team member starts at $10,000/month, plussed up to actually be ten grand after taxes, Medicare, and Social Security. Base pay goes up $1000/month for every year. They go after people who aren't liked by the local bourgeoisie. The actual bourgeoisie, not the leftist-defined one. The local upper-middle class has the most influence over local politics and can punish the police or prosecutors if they go after one of their own. Also, the leaders of NYC, along with other cities that don't rely on wealth production from the labor of their citizens(eg Minneapolis, etc), like to rely on groups that bring in federal money without being competition to the local businesses. Illegal immigrants are a great example since you have to give federal funds to the city that educates them and provides healthcare.

So my guess on this story was that the victim was part of an undesirable group or was a fellow illegal immigrant and thus the harm that the rape would eventually cause wouldn't be seen as harmful to the city.

A prostitute with robbery, weapons and child rape charges? Why keeping them incarcerated for more than 6 months would be a travesty!
