Monstrous. This woman is actively dying. Being this fat would be more survivable if she were an actual male, but this is a woman with a smaller female heart. I bet you her total steps per day are in the low double digits, and that number is getting smaller every day. Soon it will be zero.

I say she's 1-2 years from full bedbound. Her life expectancy beyond that depends of who is taking care of her. It won't be Coco; it'll probably be a nursing home. On SSDI, she won't have much DoorDash funds.
 
It's fascinating watching all these ultra fat, "bopo" gals hit middle age. I genuinely think Juliana and others like her experience the super fatness at such a young age they think that their level of mobility and pain will always be about the same. They think "this isn't so bad! All those doctors and stuff are full of it" and then whammo, time starts to hit like a sonofabitch and they either do something about it or, like Juliana, try to outreason and moralize against the laws of physics.
 
Reminds me of HFC or Jen at the end with all their food and drinks and removes/devices just laid out with arm or grasper reach. J can't have more than a few years left where she isn't bed bound and then she'll be like Jen just until she croaks, constantly sick and in pain.

To @The Judean People's Front just going from a healthy 25 to 40 is a journey in aging and imagine starting with the metrics of a 40 year old as a mid 20s deathfat. They probably feel more like your average 60 year old than their true age, certainly joint and mobility wise.

Well, shooting up extreme amounts of testosterone while being super morbidly obese is retarded. She probably takes more than what an old man gets from a TRT clinic. That shit can cause a slew of cardiovascular problems, and to top that with being super morbidly obese and extreme levels of cholesterol from Doordashing all the time...she's not going to make it to 40.
