Back in MY day a lot of Youtube music videos or just audio of mainstream music had audio-watermarks, usually to advertise the website which posted it or the channel which did. I genuinely had about 30/40 downloaded songs which had this kind of audio-marking on it when I was in my teen years, so I think he picked it up from there or TikTokers have cottoned onto it as thinking it's some great way to "Copyright" your content.

Thing is it's not, it'd be one thing if the accounts discussing him were doing 1:1 uploads, but noone is. It was him trying to use it to weaponise against trolls but all trolls have done is weaponise it right back by screwing with the audio watermarks (Like how KiwiFarms/SmokeyMCC/SatuatedContent have edited it out and put their own saying "Property of the ChomeUniverse on TikTok") or screwing with the visual ones, frankly it's wasted effort on his part and even more ridiculous that he's had to manually go back over the audio and reshoot his watermark everytime. So sometimes we've had him shoot extremely hoarse "I'm totally ill" ones and now this one sympathy baiting his audience because he made a fucky wucky and put his dick out there for the world to see.

Y'know what it reminds me of? Remember that Episode of South Park involving 'Safe Spaces' and they do the bit like Cartman crying because "I uploaded a picture to say I looked really ripped, but then someone said I looked fat... I just wanted people to be stoked on me", it's genuinely the kind of mindset retards like Nova have.

It's Armchair psychology from people who've never had kids and are likely below the age of 25 acting like they know a lick about parenting, I'd struggle to call it "Boomer parenting" because I think even boomers and Gen X'ers are very aware that specialised classes/schooling for mentally and behaviourally challenged kids is a positive thing, nor would they call other parents out for following a medical professionals advice when it comes to medication, ultimately that's such a case-by-case thing, I know people on both sides of the equation of "Medication made them worse" and "Medication made them better" it's not cut and dry, certainly not something you can blanket statement.

Yeah, I see why hitting retarded kids is bad, but I mean, if a kid that isn't retarded does something bad, like steal, how is a parent going to punish them? Though there is the option of taking their phone, I don't think that works really well, but hey, I'm not a parent, so I can't really give my input on that

You can take away their phone/property, ground them, make them write out lines, give them timeout time. Shame and embarassment are also very effective: If they're a teenager and they've stolen, taking them to wherever they stole from and making them return it and apologise is extremely effective.

One of the best ways to discipline children is to set a very obvious cause and effect between their actions and the consequences. Say they throw their toys all over the floor and refuse to clean it up. At a young age you would be encouraging them to put the toys away because "Thats the right thing to do" and show them how to do it (modeling behaviour). If they're a bit older, you would start to lean more into "Please put your toys away" and instruct them on how to do so, beginning to introduce consequences such as (if they refuse) putting the toy out of reach for a little while. If they're even older, you would tell them to clean up, and rely more on logical arguments (What if someone trips on these? They need to be cleaned up). If they refuse, you would confiscate the toys for a while and give them a method to earn the privilege back (such as help Mum/Dad clean up the kitchen).

Depending on the age there are a ton of different options for correcting behaviour. Hitting them being your go-to just tells the child that you solve your problems with violence, and they will tend to model that behaviour. It also leads to instability in the home because it feels like they have to walk on eggshells to avoid being targeted, and it means they are unlikely to come to you when they get into a situation they actually need a parents help with, which can cause things to get far worse.

Don't hit your kid you mongoloid. Hitting Nova would have changed nothing in his life, because he didn't appear to have any discipline from a young age.

You can correlate a decrease in hitting kids to the increase in faggots and trannies. Gabe would be slightly less of a fuck up if his dad hit him once in a while. There's a difference between punishment and abuse. Beating your kids for no reason is abuse, getting the belt out when they really fuck up is parenting.

You can correlate all sorts of crazy shit -- it doesn't mean one factor caused the other. There are plenty of ways to discourage bad behavior other than through violence.

I don't doubt that Nova would have turned out differently if he had been beaten as a child, but that doesn't mean he would have turned out better -- it's very likely that he could have turned out even worse than he is currently.

This tangent reminds me of the "How would you have prevented Chris Chan" thread. There are a lot of different ideas and no general consensus as to whether anything would have helped.
