That's why it's a pyrrhic victory. You can blow up shitty military hardware until the cows come home but the worlds shipping and oil supply is totally fucked.

I don't know about the Epstein distraction theory but it's clear the entire American economy as well as many other countries have been crazy and a correction has been very overdue.

America failed to reign in antitrust powers and has its entire economy underpinned by a very small number of players such as Facebook.

Trump and people like Elon promised huge improvements to the global order as well as the economy and didn't deliver shit. This distracts from his total inability to improve things. And the price for this conflict will be huge on the world economy.

They are. These things are just so easy to produce that Iran can always scrounge up enough of them to threaten shipping in the Strait. What's required to reopen the Strait is US warships in the Strait showing presence and actively defending shipping. That would mean risking the lives of a couple hundred US sailors in a war that congress did not vote on though.

He has a plan (Refer to link). Given the fact the monarchy has been buckbroken for 47 years, it's about as good as they can get. He's got qualifications in political science if that means anything.
There's not much more than can be done at this stage other than waiting.

In saying this, I really do think boots on the ground is needed badly, but we're all just going to find out.

It doesn't seem viable to have warships defend the merchant Marine ships. I mean they probably have some form of AA defense but they're not going to be able to do much about drones.

Beside that, literally every country trump has tried to pressure into bringing ships to help has said no.

This isn't a naval war. This is a drone war. The Navy can't do much about the drones.

I'm just waiting for the footage of marines getting gibbed by drones, for the last 4 years americans have seen drone attacks on infantry but its across the planet and not "there guys" screaming for their mothers on that screen. and that's probably about to change so yanks are going to lose their shit over it
