Edit 2: King of da Sektur Mersh called the Milwaukee Country Sheriff's office on stream and claims that Ralph was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. His stream was muted while he did this, so it has yet to be officially confirmed.

This is somewhat of a long, unasked-for aside (and I’m expecting the mocking autism puzzle reactions for mentioning numbers/percentages), but the chance that a straight man gets HIV through unprotected vaginal sex with a HIV-positive partner is shockingly low (estimated at a 0.04% chance per sexual encounter by the NIH). The receptive vaginal partner has double the risk of contracting the virus (around a 0.08% chance).

The risk does rise significantly for anal sex (due to the rectum’s thin mucosal layer and abrasion-prone tissue), with the penetrative partner being around 0.11% per act and the receptive partner being around 1.38% per act.

This risk compounds overtime (so if a “bottom” or receptive anal sex partner has sex with a HIV-positive partner 332 times, then they have a 99% chance of contracting the virus).

Clearly, other confounding factors can affect this probability, for example, the contraction risk can rise by around 25x if the sexual act occurs during the early 2 - 5 week incubation period of the virus (when the viral load is very high).

I only mention all of this because I was very surprised when I found all of this out (because I don’t remember the relative percentages ever being mentioned in high school or college sexual education - the teachers made it seem like the transmission risk was frighteningly high across the board). I always knew that HIV was much more easily transmitted by blood transfusions and intravenous drug use, but I never knew that the chance of a man getting it through unprotected vaginal sex (with a HIV positive partner) was basically a 1 in 2500 freak event.
