Liz and friends, meanwhile, used Waite's death to try and get us shut down, to the point Manapan had to ask them to stop using her dead spouse's memory to further their own agenda. Unsurprisingly, they refused and turned on her, and I remember at least one mocking her and saying something to the effect that she was glad Elizabeth died before she found out her spouse was an evil transphobe.
