Well, what do you know? I have actually have some money hanging out in an old Monero wallet. It's not doing anyone any good just sitting there.

As long as I don't need to re-download the whole blockchain it should be good to go in like 10 minutes. I'll fire some off once it's done.

I would advise going on the offensive and counter-suing since this likely meets the legal standard for targeted harassment.

Keep in mind that my legal training consists of watching My Cousin Vinny and Shawshank Redemption, but I'm fairly confident that he is opening himself up to legal repercussions by trying to use the legal system for harassment purposes.

That's exactly what he's doing.

Dunno if this is enough to get LFJ declared vexatious, though. It's hard to get declared a vexatious litigant, because it does strip you of rights. Personally, I'd like to see LFJ get the Brett Kimberlin treatment: declare him libel-proof, because his reputation is so shitty you can't defame him any more.
 
I've said it before but I wonder what Elliot's thinking using legal warfare AFTER he did all of his girl talks and other shit to try and take this site down. What I am worried about is that Elliot is going to have another lolcow on his side try to sue the Farms and this ends up being an shitshow sandwich of epic proportions.
