Roger Baylocq's hotel, Natalie Banks' nether regions, a condo he doesn't pay to live in...

Shitlips is just obsessed with being where he's not fucking wanted. He is truly just a wretched, loathsome creature.

Greee did say that his landlord became aware of his online history. Kinda hoping that actually means he found the farms and maybe will make an account.

Good GodBear Russ! Just LEAVE! Why are you fighting to stay in a place that you hate so much, that clearly wants you gone so much they will give up on the money you owe them just to get rid of your drooling, slurpy mug?
He's probably thinking it's the principle of the whole thing. When in reality he just has no place to go. He can't get a new place because he doesn't have the funds and since he lost his car he can't sleep in it anymore. So he's fighting to stay there because otherwise it means being homeless.

REMINDER to FAGGOTS and SUNDRY

do NOT join court zoom calls for the lulz and DO NOT FUCKING RECORD THEM unless they explicitly give you permission to do so (they won't).

THEY may make a recording available afterwards.

Also an appeal heard in less than two weeks, this shit is rocket docket.

Is it possible for a defendant to be declared a vexatious litigant?

The court should have to take that $250 and hand it directly over to the dude who can't get this mongoloid out of his house for another two weeks. Not like it's much of a salve.

The idea that a tenant being evicted for non-payment (and who admits to non-payment!) should get any benefit of the doubt that they're going to properly pay during the appeal is a good example of why it's a nightmare to put personal property or rooms up for rent. Oh, he can be noticed for eviction again? $250 for another appeal is cheaper than a lot of housing options.
