Really? Where did you see this information? If possible can you post the documentation? I imagined because this is a civil court matter it would be private and we would have to wait this year over before getting word from Katie herself about any in-person hearings before a judge. I thought he would keep ignoring the serves until getting a default judgement and that would be it.
To my knowledge, Kiwi and Smokey didn’t say anything about Bowser when he came back roughly a week ago, and now they’re suddenly taking a hiatus. Smokey also claims real life got in the way. If it was just one of them stepping back because of real-life issues, that would make sense, but both of them doing it at the same time seems a little suspicious. Maybe we should keep an eye on their individual channels and see if one of them keeps posting.
