The grand jury isn't gonna indict hin, there gonna look at this promising young man and see the worst thing he did is smoke a little crack, play a bit of the chicken game online and smack his parents around to keep them in line.

Tl'dr he is the most guilty man alive and he's also a white guy who is broadly unsympathetic and unlikable. Meaning a jury will assfuck him.

During jury selection the prosecution will likely strike until they have a very conservative jury full of law and order types who are not going to take kindly to a repeat felon.
