the irs got paid on the corporate return. since the money wasn't paid out, its not taxable on the 1099k.

It's like, every day you see a new vtuber you've never heard of and there's a bunch of theories credible or not about her having a husband she cheats on. I get that you have to be mentally ill to be an anime woman or man on the internet but it seems like it's always "I want to fuck someone that isn't my spouse"

Lumi Angler, she didn't really jump on the Clara hate bandwagon, her stream was covering all VTubers who celebrated Charlie Kirk's death and Clara was just one of the people shown.
Interestingly enough, the VOD of this stream has been privated. I'm unaware of any archives of this stream existing.
