One "Trinity" style test in partnership with Oman would be all it would take.

So was his dad in the final year of his life (if not longer).

Reports are that Khamenei (the dead one) largely lost power during the 12-day war to Ali Larijani and a junta of IRGC generals.

The IRGC has become so powerful they are a total law unto themselves and answer to no one. It makes ending this war quite difficult really. The government could be like "ok, we give up" but the IRGC would keep firing off it's rockets and drones regardless.
Well, I figure that the amount of bombing we have done to the IRGC buildings will definitely weaken them more. We will probably end up doing another major strike on their leadership in a week or two that should take out a few more heavy hitters.

Once the protesters have the all clear to go then they should be able to do some of the heavy lifting on the ground.

Like barring some holdouts in the mountains, the IRGC should be out of power before the summer.

IMO there's only two times to start doomering, when we tell Iranian citizens to rise up and they either don't or do and get slaughtered, and if we near the four week estimate we've had from hour one and things are not winding down. If things for us were actually going as poorly as low IQ headline readers were saying, we'd know from various parts of the military industrial complex ringing the alarm, shit is not as airtight as you'd think.

How many NATO allies are they gonna attack before someone invokes article 5? It's gotta happen at some point, right? Right????
Lmfao, who cares, Iran is already at war with the US. Since the US is like 90% of NATO's offensive military power, Iran is essentially already at war with "NATO". It would not meaningfully change their situation much if UK France Germany etc pile in. NATO is scary because it has America in it, and America is currently bombing Tehran.

I get the impression some people think Article 5 is some sort of panic button that once hit, compels the entire NATO alliance to mobilise for total war and immediately launch all nukes at the enemy state. This is not the case. If Article 5 were invoked, each NATO country would decide how it would respond in coordination with the other members.

Believe it or not NATO was not designed to be retarded. The treaty leaves plenty of ambiguous wording for the alliance members to respond proportionately to a given threat. Again it's a moot point anyway because America is NATO's teeth and America is already engaged in combat operations in Iran.

The IRGC ALREADY controlled Iran for the past few decades, really once Khomheni died they took over, purged the regular military and have been gathering power ever since.

At the 4 weeks mark we'll probably see a almost total or total loss or Iranain ballistic missile launch capabilities and a series drone launch reduction.

Meanwhile, noted aviation historian Tom "buy my book Indians" Cooper is using AI images in his sub stack now and is INSANELY asshurt Iran is getting BTFO by DA JOOZ and ORANGE MAN

Electronic devices of any kind probably aren't allowed within a mile of him.
Sorry sir, we can't let you have your iphone because the great satan can track it. However, if we need to communicate with you, you can use this pager. I hear these ones are very rugged and reliable. Israeli made!

If I was a persjeet and I heard this I would kms to escape a worse fate (having to be near a turk for 5s).

Bonus: Dig it with thousands of sequential A-10 strikes.

IRGC is a state inside a state.
I've always found it fascinating how many "totally a democracy guys" things have this blatantly obvious setup. The republican guard in iraq, the CCP in china, the DPRK. None of them are ever the official 1 party government they're just the ones who always get to be in charge of it or something.

Although I’m fine with us leveling Iran, I’m extremely skeptical of “the people” doing jack shit for themselves. Arabs are all talk and when we do give them weapons they inevitably act like retards with them. Look at the fucking Kuwaitis. Sand niggers just aren’t smart enough to do anything themselves. They require a strongman to have any kind of modern functioning society. Can’t we just give Iran to some other Arab nation we’ve managed to tardwrangle? Not the Kuwaitis though.

The good news (or cope) is that the native Iranians are Persian and totally not arabs (saar).

I like Middle-Eastern culture, I especially like Iran because it has cool history and cool buildings. I think Islam is the poison of this region and everything that could weaken it is good, so I want the Islamic regime to fall. Because of this, I just hope for the Iranian people to seize the power and becoming cool again.

Kuwaitis are Arabs. Iranians are Persians. Two very different sets of people's, outlooks, and varying levels of inbreeding.

IDF Publishes footage of strikes on Iranian aircraft

The IAF continues to operate against the Iranian terror regime. Last night, a series of strikes against six major airfields of the Iranian military was completed.

As part of the strikes, numerous aircraft were destroyed, including “Quds Force” aircraft belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and Iranian attack helicopters.

In addition, runways and defense and detection systems intended to operate against IAF aircraft flying in Iranian airspace were attacked.

The airfields that were struck were used by the Iranian terror regime to arm and finance terrorist proxies throughout the Middle East, including Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthi terrorist regime.

These strikes damage the operational capability of Iran’s air force to act against IAF aircraft and disrupt the ability to arm not only the regime itself but also its terrorist proxies throughout the Middle East.

If anybody needs a palate cleanser from the nitty-gritty combat footage, oil news, and radar sperging, here are some articles on my favorite peripheral issue of the conflict, pistachios. I’ve been following the pistachio trade war out of curiosity since I first learned about it (BBC article from 2017 on this issue - Archive).

While it’s peanuts compared to geopolitics and oil trading, the lion’s share of the American pistachio market is controlled by one family, the Resnicks. If you look at the Early Life section on Stewart Resnick’s Wikipedia page, it becomes apparent how he has many reasons, business and ethnoreligious, to encourage this conflict. Take what you will from it - I think it’s hilarious that there well may be a Jewish conspiracy to control your (snack) nuts.
