Regime change won't happen without boots on the ground. The attempts to improvise a kurdish uprising have fallen through. A full on invasion would be madness and would have to be prepared for months. A more limited goal like capturing strategic islands or very specific parts of Irans coastline might be doable in a few days.
Even if you capture strategic parts (outside) of Iran, then what? You can't really pressure the regime in any way that's not just bombing them from above. If you send military in the country, you're fucked. If you don't, you're just sitting there while they slowly starve/lose electricity/become upset at the US. Any support the US has inside Iran is being damaged every time a non-regime Iranian dies.

Edit: unless your assumption is that you can control the strait fully without losing soldiers for it... Which I don't think is possible.

How do you personally check to make sure something wasn't already posted? I can't barely keep up with the thread and I read it a few times a day.

BREAKING: NBC News, citing a U.S. official — “As the pace of the war intensifies, we expect to call up more National Guard and Army Reserve units.”

Edit: not possible to embed Twitter? I can't remember.
Take a screenshot. It's not hard. If the tweet has a video, download with yt-dlp and upload it.

A video allegedly posted by “Kurdistan Free Life Party” militants gathering in #Kurdistan Region of Iran. The militants are armed with #USA-made 🇺🇸 camo-wrapped M16A4 rifle, M4A1 carbines and Soviet AKS-74U carbines.
Anyone know where I can get those sick camos?

Correction: Some Jews are brown.
Idk man being a true jew outweights being brown (converts don't get this luxury)

Aramco has already said, "Fuck this shit. I'm taking the long way."

Capturing certain parts of the coastline might provide a buffer zone to make it easier to defend the shipping? I don't know man, doesn't sound like a good option to me. It will cost American lifes. As you say, the US is in a difficult situation since the hopes for a popular uprising against the regime have not materialized. Maybe when the bombs stop falling something might happen. Would also give the regime the opportunity to fix some damages and restore the cohesion of its assets. Doesn't sound like something the US wants to happen either.

Extremely heavy strikes in Tehran; people have immediately come to the streets to shout slogans and fill the squares. This is from MES so you know what that means...

Tiny crowds!

The Straight of Hormuz is closed in a "natural way". No word on if it's organic and cruelty-free.

Footage captures the rapid launch of Iron Dome interceptors as they engage the heavy barrage of Hezbollah rockets over Kiryat Shmona. Iron MLRS, maybe? This is the largest the number of rockets launched in a single day since the conflict began.

Saudi Arabia has told Tehran that it prefers a diplomatic resolution to the conflict between Iran and the United States, but warned that continued attacks on Saudi territory or its energy infrastructure could force Riyadh to retaliate, according to Reuters.

Trump making fun of Starmer for being a pussy.

I can't upload the audio of Trump being interviewed on Air Force 1 so here's a quote:
Reporter: Did the United States bomb a girls’ elementary school in southern Iran on the first day of the war and kill 175 people?

Trump: Based on what I’ve seen that was done by Iran.

Reporter: Is that true, Secretary Hegseth?

Hegseth: We're still investigating, but the only side that targets civilians is Iran.

Trump: We think it was done by Iran because they are very inaccurate with their munitions. They have no accuracy whatsoever. It was done by Iran.

Inside Iraq’s parliament, Shiite MPs shouted “Death to America, death to Israel" as US Army bombs PMF positions near Nineveh daily

The song the pilots were listening to while bombing Iranian oil depots.

Been away from this thread for a bit. I would like to compliment everyone on your remarkable consistency. Even before reading I know exactly what posts are going to say just from the avatar that wrote it.

Your brain is so rotted on spouting bullshit that you just claimed the houthis sank 2 carriers lmao.

You....... you do know what the purpose of the bomb shelters Israel is constantly sending their civvies to hide in are don't you? when they constantly issue warnings of the locations of incoming strikes and then they all go underground so tha twhen a building gets hit and ends up looking like that, they aren't inside of it.
My buddy in Kiev basically lived in the bomb shelter during Russia's missile barrages. Who'd imagine people would prefer not getting blown up when they know it's coming?
This retard, I swear.

So I have an info post to share that is actually worth while, the sinking of the Iranian frigate had big unintended consequences, who is ready to learn an obscure part of how international commerce works? Reinsurance.

So I highly reccomend you read the article but basically the numbers are so big when dealing with maritime shipping the Insurance providers THEMSELVES need to have insurance, this is called reinsurance. When we sunk that ship in the open ocean we expanded the "war zone" dramatically

I put a lil red X where the frigate was sunk to help give you an idea just how far from Iran it was at the time (not saying distance should make them safe, diffrent conversation, just bringing it up in the context of a expanded war zone from the insurance perspective)
1772920510613.png

so the reinsurance mfers took one look at that and said "cancel all the insurance until we negotiate higher rates"

that leads to this

so the Iranians dont even have to block the straight, 80% of traffic is already halted beacuse its far to expensive for them to get insurance to go through it

USPG2 favorite Sal has done an EXCELLENT video on this and he was in the merchant marine for many years so he knows his stuff

we are being felted by our own succsess, China and Iran are still sending shit thru the straight but we cant cause the banking jews arent on the same page as the war jews

"The map of Iran will probably not look the same when this is all done." - President Trump. Iranian Balkanization soon.

The Israeli Air Force, with the guidance of IDF intelligence, struck a number of fuel storage facilities in Tehran a short while ago. The military forces of the Iranian terrorist regime make direct and frequent use of these fuel tanks to operate military infrastructure. Through them, the Iranian terrorist regime distributes fuel to various consumers, including military entities in Iran. This is a significant strike that constitutes an additional step in deepening the damage to the military infrastructure of the Iranian terrorist regime. The IDF will continue to operate with determination in order to significantly degrade the regime’s capabilities and remove threats to the State of Israel.
So it was fuel storage facilities like @mindlessobserver , @ThisIsGonnaBeGood , and my self speculated.
