Sickos are squealing with glee over WWE's latest legal battle.

Shareholder plaintiffs in the WWE merger lawsuit are asking the Delaware Chancery Court to sanction defendants — including Vince McMahon and lead WWE executives Nick Khan and Paul Levesque — over the alleged destruction of relevant evidence, including Signal messages and McMahon’s handwritten notes.

The plaintiffs are seeking adverse inferences: sanctions that would allow the judge, at the anticipated trial, to assume that the missing evidence would have been unfavorable to the defendants responsible for the loss.

The motion, which appeared publicly on the docket this week, alleges that Vince McMahon, Khan, Levesque, as well as non-defendant former executives Stephanie McMahon and Brad Blum failed to preserve communications despite multiple notices from WWE’s legal team to do so. Under Delaware law, parties subject to a litigation hold are required to preserve potentially relevant communications once litigation is reasonably anticipated.

Khan, WWE’s current president, is characterized as “spearheading” communications on the messaging app Signal, which allows users to time messages to auto-delete. Khan is also alleged to have deleted conventional text messages, which plaintiffs say, based on context, included merger discussions and the investigation of alleged misconduct by McMahon.

The motion contains a new factual allegation not previously made public: that Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and Khan met with Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel and President Mark Shapiro on December 13, 2022 — a few weeks before McMahon exercised his controlling interest in WWE and returned to the company and immediately pushed to explore a sale or merger. Emanuel and Shapiro are now the top two executives for TKO, after merging Endeavor’s asset UFC with WWE in 2023, at the conclusion of that M&A process.

The December 2022 meeting, which plaintiffs say was for the purpose of discussing a possible merger, adds to a previously reported August 2022 meeting that’s reflected in text messages between McMahon and Emanuel, in which McMahon asked whether he could bring along Khan and Stephanie McMahon. At the time of both purported meetings, Khan and Stephanie McMahon were serving as co-CEOs of WWE. Vince McMahon, though still controlling shareholder, was ostensibly out of the company. He had announced his retirement in July 2022 amid allegations of sexual misconduct and investigations into millions of dollars in previously undisclosed hush-money payments to women who formerly worked for the company.

He was always a tough guy heel, not a chicken shit one like MJF or Drew. He didn't result to sneak attacks or running away from a fair fight, he just bashed a fucking guitar over your head and called you slap nuts.
Then his goated ass theme would hit.
TNA _ Jeff Jarret Theme - My World ( Full , HQ ).mp4
Plus people constantly talk about his triple h style "reign of terror" which I think is crap. Yeah he held the belt for 2 and a half years total out of 4 years when TNA was in its infancy. He also lost it 6 times in that time.
He understood his role that Triple H could never understand: that he was the guy who worked with the guy.
Jeff Jarrett was the guy who got the title because everybody wanted to cheer when he got his ass beat and lost it to someone else, which he did frequently.
I remember the hate for Jarrett went so far that they would even rank My World in top ten worst wrestling themes lists... Yeah, we didn't really know any better sometimes.

Jarrett was always based.
Jarrett is probably one of the best mid-card heels of all time. I don't think he was ever a huge draw or anything like that, but he's a good worker who gets nuclear heat when he wants to. He literally gets in shouting matches with fans on the way to the ring and throws their drinks and pop corn and shit in their faces. He absolutely should have had the title early in TNA's history, because he drew enough heat to put guys who beat him over. I always thought he was underrated.

It also helped that he and his dad help create TNA and in part all the money Jeff got from Vince when he left after threatening to no-show his good housekeeping match with Chyna if he didn't get more money.

Plus whatever Black Magic the Jarrett's worked to essentially make TNA immortal.

Look considering everything that company has survived, there has to be some fuckery going on that's made them the wrestling DSP...

That's because Jeff Jarrett rules the world. Do you think Jews rule it, nah it's double J. Do you think that it's reptilians, nah that's just his snakeskin boots. Do you think the Illuminati rules the world, Jeff Jarrett was in the NWO and he still rules the world. Point is that it's Jeff Jarrett's world and he rules it.

Brian “Road Dogg” James has reportedly exited WWE.

Bodyslam reports that WWE lead writer Road Dogg has departed WWE. PWInsider has reported the same.

Road Dogg has been with WWE since 2014, and was the co-lead writer on WWE SmackDown, a position he gained in February 2025.

Fightful Select is working on more details regarding his departure.

He was formerly a writer and producer from 2014 to 2019, before stepping back from his role following WrestleMania 35. He remained with the company, working as a coach at the WWE Performance Center before being released in January 2022. He was re-signed in August 2022 as the Senior Vice President of Live Events.

Before retiring, he was a multi-time WWE Tag Team Champion. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as a member of D-Generation X in 2019.

looks like he got those jobs only because he's HHH's buttbuddy.

Road Dogg proved himself to be out of his depth when it came to booking/writing SmackDown. Long overdue for him to go. 6 more episodes of Raw and 7 more of SmackDown left to go until WrestleMania so it's possible that the higher ups are worried about ticket sales to the point where they had to make the change. Whoever is in charge of SmackDown has their work cut out for them to put some matches for WM together.

I guess even being friends with HHH doesn’t protect you though i suppose Nick Khan made that decision given everything slowing down creatively

And once again, XBox players are screwed in WWE 2K, as people have reported stuttering issues in 2K26 on that platform, after some players had their game saves deleted in 2K25 randomly:

The chapel is on Elbow Drive... (a wrestling move, in fact his brother's move)

I don't subscribe to simulation theory, but I understand why so many do.
Elbow Drive is named that because it follows the course of the Elbow River from the Glenmore Reservoir to downtown Calgary.

Fort Calgary, the RCMP outpost that the city was built out from, stood at the point of land where the Bow and Elbow rivers meet.
