You got this 300 pound blob that just sits around and grins at you as he pushes air past a turd until it "turns the air green". He will then blow yesterday's chilli down the back of his boots because it "proves he actually has autism". And then he will get you fired if you even insinuate that he's capable of taking care of himself
 
I wonder if his workers get a risk bonus for being assigned to work with Andy.

That Sybil lady when he was with Royal needed it. Andy kept guilting her into coming in on her days off, which would be more tolerable with extra pay.

There's a reason so many caregivers quit after dealing with him.

I can only imagine the levels of disillusionment they go through. they wanted to help the less fortunate, to feel fulfilled and they get a bloated ogre in a diaper who audits their time, calls them in the middle of the night to scream at them, and lies to their supervisors about their performance, and then they find out he's totally fake and doing it on purpose just to be cruel.

I don't blame them for wanting to do anything else after dealing with andy.

This is the reason why what Andy does is so fucking evil.

I don't actually care all that much about how much he "costs taxpayers" or whatever even though a fraction of that money is mine, paid into the system. What is REALLY galling is that on top of the waste, I'd bet good hard money on what you're saying be literally true: he's probably driven one if not more than one person out of the 'business' of taking care of people. Those jobs are hard, they don't pay well, and even if they did (they DONT)... most people don't want to have to deal with shit, piss, retards, etc. Every person driven away that isn't a total loser or who actually cared about patients is a blow against a system barely able to keep up as is.

Oh he has. At least 2 have been confirmed to have quit because of him (mentioned by APS workers andy argued with) and I'd bet the number is closer to 4.

I'd give good money for Andy to get a nurse Tyrone or a Shaniqua. One of those burly black men who like to punch old men in nursing homes, or the shrill, entitled 'ain't got time for this shit' types who would show up to andy's place, do the bare minimum, and cuss him out if he said 2 words to her. Andy's gotten a lot of care workers who actually like doing their jobs, the law of averages state he's going to get one of these fed up, ready to crash out types sooner or later. And it'd be fucking ironic if andy finally got a 24-7 caregiver just for him to be aboosive.

By the way (can't remember if it has been posted here before but)... nobody in the biz of dealing with 'adult diapers' actually calls them 'diapers.'

This is pretty much purely an Andy sexual gratification thing. Every person who works with the incontinent (at least in the US) calls them "briefs." Adult briefs. As in "oh Janet it looks like we need to get you a new brief." Or a nurse saying to a CNA "go grab a stack of large/yellow briefs" (they are often color coded by size). The wording is explicitly communicated to healthcare workers because calling them 'diapers' is 'infantilizing' and 'degrading.' It simply is not allowed.

Andy knows this as every professional he's ever interacted with would have talked like this. He just refuses to comply to norms because it makes him hard.
