Anisa is a piece of shit. But she is a fun, laughable piece of shit. She is a lolcow in the most basic of definitions. Ian is just depressing, listening to him makes me feel sad and angry. He is SO FUCKING negative. Ian Jomha is a tyrant, and so are his mods Han the Jan and fucking ZoWeeMama. They are power-tripping fascists, and they would rule the world with an iron fist - given the chance. Anisa can, at least, roll with the punches - and that makes her so much more entertaining, and makes me happier.

She’d have to accept full on lolcow status and completely degrade herself to keep people watching. She’s too prideful to go the boogie route to save her dead “career.”

The house sale isn't going to make a significant difference on their total assets for maximized divorce rape, they're selling $100k-ish underwater on a mortgaged house. They'll be lucky to get anything back, the bank gets almost all of it. I don't know the specifics of their mortgage, obviously, and they could've done something weird, but most 30 year ones don't start paying down principal more than 25%/check until 10 years in. Every mortgage payment they've been making while that house rotted on the market, and every one before it, was paying off an assumed 30 year interest value, not really lowering bank's valuation of the house.

That was back when it was listed for $1,050,000. Now it might be going for $900,000.

So theyre probably looking at pulling somewhere around $125,000 (they'd have paid off a bit more principal since July and the closing costs will be less for a lower sale price) out of a home they put $273,750 down on and allegedly spent $95,000 improving.

That has to blow.
