Crime Teacher charged with molesting student was married mom who complained about ‘creepy men’

A high school teacher charged with molesting a student was a married mom of two who complained online about how “creepy” men are.

Danielle Weaver, 29, was taken into custody on Feb. 18 after officials at Lee County High School in Leesburg, Georgia, received reports that she had inappropriate sexual contact with a minor, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

Her husband, Caleb, filed for divorce the following day and has been granted temporary custody of their two daughters, according to court records reviewed by The Post.

Ironically, Weaver had complained in a TikTok video about a “creepy” interaction with a stranger who asked her for a vape when she was trying to “mind [her] own business.”

“Okay, I just need to know something for a minute – why do men have to be so creepy sometimes?” the accused predator said in the clip.

The clip quickly got a snarky reaction after news broke of her arrest, with one user sniping: “Why do teachers gotta be so creepy?”

Authorities have not released details about what exactly happened, but school district officials acknowledged earlier this month that there was an “ongoing legal investigation” at the high school’s freshman campus.

Without naming Weaver, the district confirmed on Feb. 5 that the staff member involved “is no longer working for the district.”

“Upon discovering the allegations, school and district leadership acted immediately to ensure the safety and well-being of students, as well as to conduct a thorough investigation,” the statement concluded.

The district was first notified of the allegations on Feb. 3 and alerted police, who obtained a warrant for her arrest on Feb. 17.

Weaver turned herself in the next day and was charged with child molestation and improper sexual contact by an employee, agent or foster parent.

The GBI said the investigation is ongoing. Once complete, the case file will be forwarded to the Southwestern Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.

Weaver’s husband, Caleb, filed for divorce on Feb. 18, claiming in court filings that they split on Feb. 5 and the relationship is “irretrievably broken,” according to the document.

A judge on Monday granted the husband temporary custody over the couple’s two daughters, who are featured prominently in Weaver’s social media posts.

On Feb. 1, just days before she was arrested, she posted a TikTok of herself dancing with the two young children.

Other videos on her TikTok chronicle her marriage, the births of her kids and show her dancing with students in a classroom.

Caleb Weaver was additionally granted sole possession of their home — which Weaver is barred from entering unless visiting the kids. He is seeking permanent custody and child support, court records show.

Leesburg is located in South Georgia, roughly an hour and a half north of Tallahassee, Florida.

Yet another thing I feel obligated to counsel young teachers about. The job is way too time intensive to do well and have a social media presence. Teach-fluencers should all be considered unfit to teach unless proven otherwise. I warn other teachers to not follow any teacher accounts because they give you unreasonable expectations, do not promote best practices, and places that seem like a good place to vent just bring you down.

Also, I know a Teach-fluencer personally. I would not hire him. He eventually got a job with a charter. Don't send your kids to charters. He eventually is going to make the news like this woman, I bet. He is also incredibly stupid. Like, really, really fucking dumb. But he looks credible, affable, and attractive on insta. I work especially with new teachers and can confirm that your observation is not uncommon. It's so bad that the otherwise woke new teachers even reach their breaking point with this crap and come to me for some sanity.

Here's a frightening bit of additional context for you. Not to shoot down everything that you said about new teacher candidates, but my experience was almost 20 years ago. Hell, it is 20 years ago, this year. The rot has been around longer than most people think. And not just the commie sjw shit. The absolute cuntiest women were in the program. I was the only male. And they inadvertently gave me an education about women I will never forget.

I already knew some women teachers hated boys, especially smart ones, by being a smart boy. I didn't realize it was so embedded into education, though, until painful experience. @Hybristophilia was very correct about that issue. But, I also know it isn't universal. I've had some wonderful female teachers. Hell, I wouldn't have been a history nerd for another teacher to inspire if I hadn't. I'm glad you try not to be one of those for the sake of your students.

I just wanted to teach kids History, man. I didn't sign on for a bunch of cunty women's emotional baggage and projection that my rather innocent and naive self was in no way prepared for. I switched to psych for a semester during my little existential period in a vain attempt to make some sense of things, then I got a little drunk, got a little high, got a little pussy, got the fuck over myself, switched so C.S... and then promptly forgot the whole thing and fell into the trades. I'm okay with this. Bullet dodged. But a part of me thinks about another me teaching kids about How and Why We got Here, and what that could mean about where We're All Going, just like Mr. Inspirational Teacher.

Honestly I think its a mixture of people becoming more aware of their surroundings, so we see alot more of the crimes actually happening via stuff like this rather than being blissfully ignorant, and us approaching an egalitarian culture where, now that women have more tools to exert power over others without having some keeper, you'll see more and more of women abusing that power.

i do have to wonder how far i'd have gone if i had all male teachers. i can count on one finger the amount of male teachers i had in core subjects and he clearly gave a fuck. There was another male teacher i had for only one period and it was an emergency thing, and i still remember learning more from him than the real teacher. its actually insane how different it is, OTOH maybe its the same for girls and why they allow so many female teachers.

I distinctly remember one teacher had the seating chart by grade in the class and you can guess how that ended up breaking down gender ratio wise, which was hilarious because the state testing almost completely flipped the script. It does make me laugh about college because the male/female teacher ratio is similarly flipped and the women teachers clearly gave a fuck in a way the teachers i had in school did not.

As someone who almost became a teacher before I realized how absolutely horrible almost everyone in education was and changed my major, I agree. Wholeheartedly.

I dodged a huge fucking bullet.

A family member used to work with teachers in an administrative capacity (they weren’t part of the field, it’s weird but it was for DODEA teachers overseas) and they LOATHE teachers as a result. Experience led them to this hatred. Mention “educators” to them and you’re guaranteed a lengthy rant on how horrid, utterly incompetent, entitled, arrogant and demanding they are. And the stories of weird grooming behavior are there, and this was back in the 90’s-00s so this has been going on for a long time.

Back when I was in school in the 90’s there was a tranny teacher (MTF) and all the kids thought he was a creepy pervert. I’m sure he was (I didn’t have him as a teacher, I bet my mother would’ve hit the roof if I had him) but this was and remains a leftist hellhole school system so I can’t even imagine how bad it is nowadays. Holy crap, that never happens! This makes me think this woman might even see prison time for being a child rapist, rather than getting the Pussy Pass. That poor family though, even if the girls get to go with the father, their home is still broken.

Apologies for the TMI post, but I wanted to get this off my chest for a long while. I used to be a chemistry teacher, and I can tell you that female teachers being predatory has been ongoing for decades rather than a recently escalating phenomenon. Women have a very strong in-group bias, so they generally have no qualms about covering up the wrongdoings of their female colleagues unless they really dislike them personally. The ones that get caught are just the tip of the iceberg.

Over the years I have witnessed some truly abhorrent behavior ranging from grading based on how 'handsome' the boys are (talking about underage kids here ffs) to arranging orgies. The vast majority of these pedos received a slap on the wrist; I doubt that this bitch will receive any substantial punishment either.

A lot of people desperately want to spread the myth that women aren't people who do bad things, but rather are perfect angels, and it's actually men's corruptive influence that made them misbehave. The reality is that women are people, and if bad women get the chance to abuse their power to prey on others, they will oftentimes do so. They aren't any different from men in that regard, we are just expected to ignore and dismiss it when women do it so that their reputations are not damaged.
