Because they have a top down command of their military but no way to actually command their military if the top gets killed. Which apparently is what happened when the war started. So they had to default to standing orders to just fire at all the targets if a war started off.

Being a retarded Muslim Army, the Iranian soldiers had pretty much every regional capital as part of their standard target packet and didn't bother to tell their front line officers to exercise discretion or independent thinking. So the good little idiots launched their missiles at Kuwait City, Dubai, Doha and Riyadh, along with Tel Aviv.
 

Another Dubai strike from about an hour ago. Its a drone and they're clearly hitting civilian targets now.

A lot of these were from jeets, both of the Paki and Hindoo subtype, but a whole lot more were from the aforementioned professional third worldist shills both due to cynical updoot farming from the aformentioned jeets and other online third worlders, and also due to being desperate for their past two decades of predicting the F-35 was a worthless piece of shit to be vindicated.
