Speaking of on topic shit can we get his socials updated in the OP. I went to see if he's been active on any of them and most of the accounts seem dead now.
And to comment on the off topic bullshit: I would go back and dig to find his jap Twitter that's been posted but it's awash in a sea of autism. Fucking spergs make this thread unusable. We don't need multiple posts theorizing on Adam suddenly becoming a fucking wrestler when he's never even shown a passing interest in it.
 
I understand when the thread stagnates it gets easier and easier to speculate further detached from Chibi but I'd much rather keep the pattern of Chibi goes online and says/does something stupid, we ridicule him, show why he's stupid, talk about the context about Japan and do some slightly broader Japan/Chibi-grounded speculation about his situation. After that just wait for the cycle to repeat. That's what we've been doing consistently for quite a few months now and I think that's a lot of fun.

I know it's been slow and rough for a couple of years, basically since he nuked his discord, but before that point this was the best thread on this godforsaken website. And that was driven by the high quality contributions and thread culture instilled by a lot of the same people seemingly being reported for low quality shit now.

There are still genuine laughs to be had here at the expense of an internet weirdo.

The entire Adam White story now is that living in Japan is not the nirvana he thought it would be, and if you're not interested in understanding the differences between his misconceptions of Japan vs the reality he is facing in Japan (or you dont find them funny), you're not interested in the Adam White thread.

This is probably the only thread I don’t mind going off topic at times, it’s always been a slow burn where the speculation and predictions have been about as much fun as the slow drips of content over the years. I mean look how old this thread is compared to its size.

Even at the height of this thread, the majority of his posts and streams would be outright ignored because it’s boring unless he’s whining, politisperging, getting kicked out of somewhere, being a sex pest etc. Lisping about donkey Kong on stream to 3 troons isn’t funny, there’s a thousand people who aren’t even cows that do that, that’s not the chibi content we’re here for.

Null, Jannies, I think it’s pretty safe to say that you can basically ignore this thread entirely unless something big gets featured and we get an influx of new fags shitting it up. Half this thread is off topic anyways and the people that actually watch it like it that way. Anyone who reports shit here probably deserves a pink triangle and the shit they stirred bugging Null to step in has evidently caused more derailment than the troon wrestling sperging ever did.

We already know the differences, at this point its just a few autistic know it alls who have been to Japan a couple of times acting like they're esoteric scholars deciphering the ancient texts of glorious nippon, as if Japan isn't just a country like any other except with extra autism. They're unironically like Chibi where they're constantly letting you know how much they know about Japan and shitting up the thread when no one asked, its not funny anymore when its just spergs wanting to flex their knowledge that we can all just Google.

Honestly the only interesting thing about Chibi right now is how he can afford to do nothing at all times.

He's not working, but he could arrive to fly back to Japan, hasn't missed rent as far as we know, and is constantly eating out (I doubt he's ever cooked his own meals with the weight he's putting on).

At some point he also needs to afford to fly his shit back from Japan and live in his parents basement until he can evict the renter ruining his condo (which he is presumably current on the mortgage of).

Either I vastly overestimate how expensive it is just to exist as a person with a roof over their head, or he's doing DSP tier credit card kiting.

When he said that his grandmother was paying for him to come home for the holidays, I took it as implicit that that included paying for him to get back to Japan afterwards.

I don't think he would intuitively understand the very basic mechanisms behind credit card kiting. If he was doing anything like that we would already know because he would have left a bunch of trails in discord and Facebook publicly begging to be spoon-fed about it.

He's eating out a lot but mostly at low tier fast food joints, $2-3 breakfasts (hope that wasn't too much info about Japan guys).

I think he had some money saved up from his 80k job. I think it will run out soon and the only planning he will have done in preparation for that is to plan to cross that bridge when he comes to it. His mom will probably bail him out enough so that he doesn't become homeless. Or maybe he'll pivot into that 150k tech job that he has no skills or experience for and as an added bonus cant speak the language to communicate he doesn't know the programming language.
