The great cosmic irony of Will Stancil is that he's a better man than basically any of his contemners. He is an ensouled individual who bases his ideals and beliefs on actual principles that he's decided are important and just, and acts in accordance with them. He isn't just agreeing with liberal politics because it's what good people do, he's developed his own internally-consistent (for the most part etc.) ideas of good and evil and identified that liberal politics align with them. Sure, you could argue his integrity and conviction are poorly utilized studying blacks and poors, but ironically many people here credit him for sticking to his guns when that's an uncommon virtue to have these days. His would-be allies, though? They hate him for not parroting the party line perfectly, and the more he thinks for himself the more they castigate him - he's transphobic, supports Israel, hates women, is racist, and all of it is from one-off posts where someone disagrees with him and he doesn't IMMEDIATELY capitulate and instead explains why he's not bigoted, actually.

We call him a cuck for his politics, bsky calls him a white supremacist for not groveling in front of transwomen when they ask him to. He would probably be more beloved if he weaponized his stubbornness and made a site like the Farms, maybe for black people, but unfortunately Lipstick Alley already exists. I'm excited to see his trajectory though, he's so pointlessly famous and it shows no sign of slowing down.
 
Will Stancil is endearing because he is the one White leftist/libtard that is committed to his beliefs out of what seems to be internalized conviction and real sincerity-and neither social status climbing/or conformity or even indeed White guilt per se.
