The thing that gets me is that other countries can put aggressive infinite tarrifs on the U.S at any time for any reason and this decision really cripples the U.S's ability to meaningfully respond to such occurrences.

I understand that a lot of progressive judges and politicians are either Communists who want the country to collapse for ideological reasons or outright foreign agents engaging in sabotage on behalf of their masters but it's still absurd nonetheless.

Is this just going to be Trump crying about SCOTUS for 30 minutes and doing absolutely nothing to just fucking ignore the ruling like Biden would have?

Trump:

The Supreme Court’s ruling on tariffs is deeply disappointing.

I am ashamed of certain members of the Court, absolutely ashamed, for not having the courage to do what’s right for our country.

 
He all but called Roberts, Gorsuch and Barrett by name. Saying this about them:

Fools and lapdogs.
Unpatriotic and disloyal to our constitution.
They don't want to do the right thing.

He's doing good pointing out how stupid this is.

Foreign countries that have been ripping us off for years are ecstatic — they’re so happy.

They’re dancing in the streets, but they won’t be dancing for long, I can assure you.



Trump:

The Democrats on the Court are thrilled, but they automatically vote no.

Just like in Congress, they are an automatic “no.”

They’re against anything that makes America strong, healthy, and great again.



Trump:

It’s my opinion that the Court has been swayed by foreign interests and by a political movement that is far smaller than people think. It’s a small movement.
