This is probably the single sloppiest ruling since Roe v Wade and will just entrench the tribalism deeper while accomplishing nothing. If you are looking for a "good" outcome then market uncertainty might calm down as Trump can't kneejerk decide to kill off domestic small business ventures because some chink was bragging about computer chips.
