Turn-based games are great for people to like to see numbers go up. I specially love me some really grindy turn-based jrpgs, shit that makes me have to grind for 4 hours before beating a boss. But, yeah, they are not streaming material.
I think the only turn-based JRPG that can be fun for streaming is Yakuza 7/8.

Anisa doesn't "truly believe" anything. She's a woman, and a BPD one. The leftism thing is just another larp for her to win victim/brownie/social points. That's not an unusual thing for most women, although Anisa definitely cranks it up a notch by how stupid and annoying she is about it online. Of course I'm not saying she doesn't think she believes it, but in 10-20 years she'll probably believe something completely different. AKA no principles, just vibes.

Ian on the other hand probably does "truly believe it" but only because he is too dumb and naive to understand women, so he whole heartedly accepted his wife's views at face value and assumed he needed to immerse it directly down his throat to survive his marriage.
