It depends on which ship was in the wrong. The Tanker owned by the navy but crewed by civilians. also, UNREP is one of the most dangerous things short of combat the navy does so the fact this doesn't happen more often is amazing.

I'm surprised there hasn't been more heat directed as Les Wexner and all his businesses. Him hiring Epstein out of nowhere is one of the most suspect things in Epstein's story.
