Update on the foreclosure. The Yanivs won't let Alta West into the unit to assess it or take photos for the listing. So now they're applying for an order to obtain a fob from the Strata, force entry into the unit, and change the locks. Hopefully Alta West and their reps do bring that bailiff with them. Jon has a history with weapons and now claims that he has a bulletproof vest.

They don't have "order absolute" from the court, which is what would grant them leave to kick Jon out and take ownership. Basically, the courts want to err on the side of not making someone homeless - even a turd like Jon. However, if he keeps fucking around, he will find out as the court will eventually just say "Fuckit" and give Alta West possession.

I'd recommend a proper chemical respirator. Those smells probably contain bacteria, viruses and spores which could kill normal people.
