Russell isn’t taking the LSAT anytime soon; we have the chart in this thread stating that some of his credits may transfer, but they’re not guaranteed to, and even if they did, he’d not be anywhere close to an upperclassman. I find it highly unlikely that he’s been carrying a full load of courses, given his retardation, but granting him that for the sake of argument would still level him as a freshman, nearing enough credits to be considered a sophomore.

He’s posting that he’s ‘taking the LSAT’ as pure cope because we found out he’s in school, or perhaps a legal decision against him (and against all logic, slurp) has been rendered somewhere across the globe.

And the classes he is taking are not ones for becoming a lawyer
Yet he's still tagged "lawschool" in his IG post as if he is attending. As we all know, he is not in law-school. He's also not taking the LSAT. He's just straight up lying in an attempt to impress e-thots. No e-thots are going to be impressed by someone who looks and acts like him, taking the LSAT. Most e-thots would barely be impressed with attractive normal guys taking it. He's got a very bizarre view of what women are impressed by, i.e. "I work in an office", "I wrote you a song", "I'm legalizing brothels", and now "I'm taking the LSAT". E-thots on Instagram do not care about this shit, and yet he expects them to place tremendous value on them to the point where they will want him sexually.

How bizarre.

As we all know, he is not in law-school.
He is attending UNLV which does have a law school (William S. Boyd School of Law which belongs to UNLV). It is in fact the only law school in Nevada that is approved by the American Bar association. However, he is not attending the actual law school part of UNLV and he is not studying law.

You are not wrong, I just wanted to provide additional context

Well yeah, but he's majoring in Hospitality Management so it's totally irrelevant what other programs the school offers.

There are no particular required undergraduate classes for that. I suppose some schools have or have something like a "pre-law" curriculum or bucket of classes, and I've heard some people studying criminal justice at schools that offer it, with an intention for law school, but 99% of lawyers I've encountered have traditional liberal arts (literature, languages, philosophy, government, economics) & sciences (all types of stem, though more ste than pure m) undergraduate degrees.

BUT fair point: hospitality management is not a big feeder area of study.

He is an undergraduate at best, so UNLV's having a law school or not has no relevance to him.

He's never getting as far as character and fitness. Let's just break down what would need to happen here:
1. He needs an undergraduate degree that the law school accepts. He might, if we're charitable, have enough credits to be in the third year of an u/g program. He's probably part time in his first year.
2. He needs to do well enough on the LSAT to go to law school. Apparently they dumbed it down a lot but still.
3. He needs to be admitted to a law school -- we know from Rekieta that there are schools that will take just about anyone -- but unlike Rekieta he doesn't have a family piggy bank and can't move just anywhere.
4. He needs to pay for that law school. He has shit credit and no family help.
5. He needs to actually finish law school.
6. He needs to pass the bar. Unlike everywhere else in the US now, the bar exam rarely gives accommodations, so even if he uses My Plights to get through 1-5, this is likely to be a significant obstacle.
bear in mind we are now 5-10 years down the road from step 1.
7. THEN he needs to pass character and fitness. Which he won't.

Well yeah, but he's majoring in Hospitality Management so it's totally irrelevant what other programs the school offers.
So he's attending UNLV because it has a law school. He is instead majoring in hospitality, for which few if any of his credits from whatever shithole he previously studied at will transfer, leaving him (at best) at the sophomore or freshman status. And he claims to be taking the LSAT when the LSAT is taken junior/senior year according to google. During a time of year when the LSAT is not offered.

To be "faaaaair" he said he is preparing to take the LSAT which could imply he's taking a few months' of initiative for when it is offered in April (per the post a page back); however, who wishes someone luck for their preparation and not the test itself? And if he intends to take it in April (lol) is two months enough to get ready for an LSAT? He never once bragged about how he was studly studying for the LSAT prior to this.

Oh what a tangled web we weave, when we set out to deceive.

The LSAT leans heavily towards logic and reading comprehension. As well as a section on argumentative writing.

We’ve all seen what passes for “logic” for Russ. As well as the quality of his writing. Which is how we were all able to immediately tell he was using ChatGPT.

I don’t see how he could possibly score high enough on the lsat to be accepted anywhere. On the other hand, Melinda was accepted to law school, so who knows? She at least knew more than five words when it came to emphasizing arguments though.

They dumbed it down a lot recently. They killed the logic games.

7. THEN he needs to pass character and fitness
As far as I’ve been told, some states start the C&F analysis while the applicant is still in law school, by taking fingerprints and requesting information about past infractions (down to and including stupid shit like speeding and parking tickets) and even mental illness diagnoses (including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia). Some students fail at this step before they sit for the bar, and some fail because of their lack of candor in disclosure.

After the bar exam, there is an additional exam, the MPRE (Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam), which requires you to pass a test on ethics. You can also fail this but not fail the bar exam and subsequently be disqualified from the bar.

To be relatively assured of passing both exams, students usually buy rigorous bar prep courses, which can cost thousands. More money Russ doesn’t have.

Is this part of his Brothel plan? Does he think he needs to become a lawyer in order to convince somewhere to allow him to run a brothel?

It's honestly not the worst plan considering how much legal brothels require legal representation anyway. But it is Russel Greer so we all know how that plan is going to go.

I have to admire Russel's single minded determination to become a Brothel Owner. He keeps failing and facing set back after set back and he doesn't let any of that get him down. He just keep on pushing forward in the most retarded fashion imaginable.

I accept this as a possibility. But given two unknown options about Russel Greer I assume the most retarded one is true.

unlike Rekieta he doesn't have a family piggy bank
I can't find it now, but there was some facebook post years ago about his dad begging him not to sue Taylor Swift again and he'd pay for law school if he didn't, but Russell said too bad dad, suing Taylor Swift again comes first!

I'm guessing the offer doesn't stand anymore, as his dad's Parkinson's has probably put him out of work and saddled him with massive medical bills, which I suspect is why they don't have the money to keep Russell off the streets anymore

This is true. My personal pet lawyer's undergraduate degree is in philosophy. His partner's is in business administration. On the other hand, I really doubt Russell is taking the LSAT. He probably just sent away for the brochure.

I can't remember if Russell has an associate degree, but if he does, the whole "will his credits transfer?" may be moot. I had a "wasted youth" and was kicked out of 2 colleges for being a big loser, with barely a year's worth of credits cobbled together, along with a couple of Ds and Fs. When I straightened up my life and tried to register at the local state college, they wouldn't let me matriculate, and wanted to disallow almost all my pitiful credits. I'd basically have to start from scratch. Undeterred, I registered at one of the very first "distance learning" institutions (this was back in the 80s, when it was a *very* new idea)...they accepted all my credits except for the Fs, converted my Ds to Pass, and I took, through them, the courses I needed to earn an associate degree in Liberal Arts. When I had my shiny diploma in hand I went back to my local college and registered as an advanced standing student, and went on to earn my baccalaureate degree. So if Greee has an associate he may be good.

I never sued Taylor Swift, where's MY free ride to law school, huh, RussDad?

Even if he managed to pass law school and the bar, his vexatious litigation history alone would disqualify him under character and fitness.

No, he's probably taking classes there because it's there and they let him in. Applying to law school is a completely different undertaking.

This is classic Russ. All out of order, inaccurate, and cart-before-the-horse.

You can take it cold, or you can do some practice tests, or you can do whatever - there's no requirement to prep at all. But what you score largely impacts your reasonable pool of places to apply, so if, say, you do not have native skills (and there is no opportunity to sue for discrimination because logic and analysis hate face-paralyzed people), then some prep might be wise.

He never once bragged about how he was studly studying for the LSAT prior to this.

I could see Russell be exactly as successful a practicing lawyer as Nick Rekieta. Make of that what you will. I see it as a slightly different flavor of inept, with all of the hubris.

Gave you a winner for your spoilered story, but Russell doing that is a 🌈.
