As far as I know any one app can take over the full x3d cache if needed and its capable of asymmetrically boosting so this pretty much is what it already should be doing automatically

Mind you it would still be nice if they made a single giga mega rape core that pulled out all the stops for single core performance/memory bus access plus an x3d tile directly on it plus a background task core but this remains a fairly unique use case and hence that is sadly not something that exists

I tried this for some highly single-threaded workloads, and core pinning just made performance worse. Turns out that migrating to another core/CCD that has not hit its power/thermal targets can be beneficial for performance, even if some of the target cores have lower peak performance.
 
Roleplayers are the worst demographic of gamers. I can't play a game with more than 4 people at a time because most of the populated servers either ban you on arrival. or worse yet, you need to get whitelisted on some groomcord server.
This is digital communism.

There's an old comment chain where people are giving him shit for that. (archive) Sorry, no receipts but the CoderBus Discord jannies were banning people right after this happened for talking about it. I remember being mostly ambivalent about it but now I retract any apology I made to MSO.

I realize now that Reddit didn't even fucking ban the nig.

They gave him a warning and removed the post, so there's an even worse MSO post out there relating to this that invoked this punishment somewhere.

Because for the most part, they either came with the ERP rot or were the ones to bring it into the game in the first place. Even if they weren't, they're still porn addicts because that's what rots your mind hard enough for you to turn into one of the aforementioned types (for example, MSO is clearly like this because he chose to become permanently online and get hooked on porn via shitcord instead of getting a life and letting SS13 hosting stay just a hobby).
 
I like to read about lots of things on KF but reading about Space Station 13 makes me fucking depressed. I started play SS13 in 2013 and my God, it was great back then. Nowadays almost every SS13 server is a sex RP, furry, lizard, tranny fuck fest with feature creep so bad that you'd have to read the server's specific wiki for a week in order to understand what anything does.

Other than the Colonial Marines server I don't bother with anything else.
