Russ has hired illegal prostitutes. In one of the Gilman suits he was trying to interfere in, he mentioned having been “forced” to solicit illegal escorts because of the lack of legal places in his area. The search here is amazing, but I’m apparently too retarded to remember the right keywords to find this. But I remember we were laughing about how he claimed breaking the law like that was a terrible thing to admit to as a reason for legislation. Because the only one “forcing” him was Russ.

I don't remember it in the Gilman case (although it very well could have been), but he admitted it in his suit against Utah:
