Hmm, Mr Stabby is giving Walmart a break.

He's only asking for a wee 6 million dollars upfront and a mere 2,600 bucks per month for the rest of his life.

Walmart should jump at this super generous offer.

I think Acerthorn's most recent lawsuit is inspired by Russel Greer attempting to get a former employer to pay him $20,000 in a settlement for violations under the Americans with Disability Act. His employer agreed presumably because defeating Russel Greer in court would cost more than $20,000. Russel Greer being the genius that he is then demanded 200k instead of 20k and his employer rescinded his previous offer of a $20,000 settlement and forced Russel Greer to sue. I suspect Acerthorn seeing the events of Russel Greer's retardation thought he could also do that and he could also get a $20,000 settlement but be smarter than Russel and actually take the money.

Acerthorn files his lawsuit or at least it seems like he mails it on the 28th of January.

So from a timeline perspective everything is lined up.

This a snippet from Acerthorn's lawsuit against the Kiwifarms in West Virginia filed in 2024. This is evidence that he pays attention to at least the highlights of Greer's legal shenanigans.

All things considered I think it likely Acerthorn is copying Russel Greer. Doesn't sound like the most promising or wise strategy one could take.

That might actually be it. I was wondering why this filing feels so different from Stabby's prior filings - from "Comes now pro-se loony" to "UwU Huwwo You Honawh, two plus two is four". My first thought was he was starting off small and simple to avoid being declared vexatious again for as long as possible. Then I wondered whether he is playing up his assburgers (or merely gone off his meds) to try and fool the judge. After all, if he writes like this, Walmart must pay the man! He didn't do nuffin!

Either way, man's gotta get that hotdog money! Gobble Gobble!
 
He should be happy that Walmart even bothered to hire him in the first place after he tried to sue them.

Also, if he was intelligent he'd be careful on who he tries to sue. He has made himself a public figure so talking about him is completely legal as is sharing any information on him. This includes things like his lawsuits, talking about his videos and social media posts as well as why he's been fired from his jobs as long as people do their research and post evidence. Really no different than the Grant v. Torstar case I believe. He just wants to ruin lives and peoples income even if he doesn't get a payout. Hell it wouldn't take much to show the courts in Quebec that he does this to abuse people and have him labeled as a Vexatious litigation like Descoteaux.

Mr Stabber is pretty up there in the narcissistic range so I don't really think he'd follow in anyone's footsteps let alone such a monumental failure that is our drooling retard paralegal.

I do think they have a lot in common including the fact they both are trying to rip off a corporation. While both are suing for ADA style complaints and both took a settlement they are trying to increase I think that's about the end of it.

Stabby is suing because he both wants the settlement funds "he was promised" but got pissed when he learned he couldn't take the money and then just keep suing for...well 6 million dollars. Stabby wants his 12.5K and he wants to sue for 6 million plus, he wants that cake but he wants to eat it too. He's just using the KF angle to try to sway the judge into agreeing to his high demands with emotional pleas, you'll notice that he doesn't even mention KF in his final demands of 6 million. No doubt he's currently writing up yet more defamation suits against the four posters he's named.

Trying to get a company to pay out for posts it's employee's made outside of work hours, outside of the office environment and on an completely unrelated site is going to be a hard sell.

I think this is another Stabby case that gets tossed. But not like that will slow him down in the least.

Abolutely this right here. Stabby was too quiet for too long. Something had to be brewing, and the Greer and Yaniv shock-and-awe portions have cooled down a little so it's the perfect time for a new Acerthorn lolsuit to hit the Farms Tower. He delivers the sour milk in spades, as usual.
 
I am really interested in how Stabby intends for the court to "compel the corporate defendants to produce the real names of the posters on Kiwi Farms".

How and why would Walmart be aware of the identity of said posters? Do they have to register their Kiwi Farms user names with the company? Does Walmart have some over-arching power to compel Jersh to cough up the real names of said posters? Did said posters even register under their actual names? So much reaching from Mr Father Stabber here, none of his outlining arguments make a lick of sense.

Everything in this case relies on the judge going "Kiwi Farms is evil, I award the Father Stabber 1 gajillion dollars".

This case is so not getting past IFP review.

Picking Walmart as a defendant is a particularly stupid choice by Stabby. They are notorious for not settling and aggressively defending all suits.

They do not want to advertise themselves as a bag of money available to Slippin' Jimmies all over the country.

Stabby and Greer both do that a lot. Exact same article every time their case involves people saying mean things on the internet about them.
 
That’s quite a filing. It has plights, hypotheticals, Christian apologetics, a conspiracy by the company to take down their most dangerous employee, and millions in damages. It doesn’t document an extortion attempt like our magical star buddy Greer but it’s impressive on its own.

Like Greer he had some kind of settlement offer but it didn’t arrive fast enough so now we have a lol suit to make things more complicated.


I’m super curious what the CCTV footage may have shown. It seems odd the company wouldn’t immediately check that as part of investigating the customer complaint. Oooh, a mystery!

Acerthorn has a tenative agreement to settle settle with his employer over a discrimination claim stemming from this incident

57. I promptly file a charge of discrimination with the EEOC (Employment Opportunity Commission). However we did not reach an agreement. We agreed on an amount of money to be paid to me as settlement, but we never agreed to any other terms besides that, so we are still technically trying to finalize the settlement.

I really wonder if the discrimination settlement is going to be cancelled after corporate gets wind of a the defamation lawsuit.
