Tartary was the catch all term for central eurasia and asia until the late 1800s when that part of the map got filled in by explorers and russia/china etc

its like how north and south america was the "new world" until it was all explored and filled out

I'm not disagreeing with this concept, but is there anything more concrete than Epstein emailing himself or batshit tips dropped?

Regular seafairing across the Atlantic is incredibly different than travelling the Arctic, and that initial trip only took about 10 weeks by using Atlantic trade winds.

If they had walked across the Arctic it would've taken like 3 months, and most of them would've fucking died.

To my knowledge this seems to be real but I will say this there are a lot i mean a lot of people shitting up the discourse atm right now. So if it comes out a few weeks I'm wrong I'm willing to admit it.
This one of those things its too surreal I almost can't believe it. I believe it because its so unbelievable it has to be something to it.

Weren't the people who kidnapped Genghis Khan's wife and gave her a rape baby Tartars? Or poisoned his father? Or were they people who enslaved him for a number of years? Maybe all of them. Whichever way let's blame the Tartars for turning Temujin from just another person of nomadic nobility into the Scourge of God.

They'll probably bitch about Trump the same way people today bitch about Nixon and Reagan. That is, to use comparisons to him as a weapon to bludgeon their new foe with. They might even say things like "even Trump wasn't as deranged as this guy."
That said, I feel that Trump is the last stopgap before the real tyrant appears. There's always a guy who comes in before the real cataclysmic force appears. He operates within the laws, but is generally berated and stalled by the existing power structure, and ultimately fails. The established ruling class thinks they've solidified their grasp on the overall power structure, but, in reality, they've sent a message to the populace that mending the issues is impossible without violence. Then all it takes is a motivated member of the ruling class (either because they're afraid the existing structure will collapse, they're ambitious, or they have a shred of empathy for the rest of the populace), and they decide to ignite a rebellion.

If Trump fails by the end of his term, it's highly likely we'll see shit hit the fan in the following decade. The populace is too angry and the upper echelon is too isolated and out-of-touch that it's all but assured shit's going to hit the fan. It might not be instantly, but it's going to happen. Trump, ironically, most likely postponed it, but might have also redirected it in a way that will be beneficial once we get through the hard times.
