  • Casey says he meets the requirements to appear in the ballot—warns the Ohio GOP not to play games to keep him off it.
  • Casey says he could have run as an independent, but he's a Republican and wanted to run as the Republican nominee. (this reminds me of Trump in the 2015 primaries)
  • If Vivek is the nominee, not only will Casey not vote for him, he will make it his life's mission to destroy Vivek and purge Ohio of everyone who supported him. (He doesn't outright say he'll run as an independent though)

After they lose immigration cases the firm should be deported along with their clients. Yes, the entire firm, starting with the partners first. That'd cut down on some of this lawfare shit.

Whenever a mildly conservative person does anything in Europe, the communists riot. When the French government tried to build a dam that would irrigate a ton of farmland, prevent a river from drying up entirely, and already planned to restore any lost wetlands, the communists rioted until someone got killed. The communists then used that person's death as the political impetus for ending the project.

That's why you can't always stop doing what you're doing politically just because a violent rioter gets killed. Communists literally tell these people their deaths will be used as a political tool. They do not care about human costs - see China, Russia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Cuba, the Philippines, Africa, and so on.

Good for him. The message needs to be sent that we're tired of foreigners in the Republican party and if it means tanking the party for an election to get them out, so be it. Something like a governorship in a red state is a good place to do this because the state house and senate will likely stonewall anything Acton tries to do, as opposed to pulling something like this in the presidency where it'd result in us all getting killed.

Still then I expect a large portion of the GOPe to double down and self-sabotage to ensure that the American right continues to stand for nothing but sending money to Israel and increasing boomer's net worth.

Not a surprise. With the Gaza war over, theres no more fraud and emotional blackmail to be spewed out over supposed starving children. The left doesn't care about Iranian protestors because they support Trump. Interest in the Russo-Ukraine war as plummeted after talks stalled and domestic reporting has picked up with ICE and Trump. The fact that the WaPo ran lies about Trump and the right doesn't help either when they published blatant smears that were easily disproven. I don't mind a left wing slant, but the untruths they wrote made the paper unreadable.
