That makes sense given it's food charity supply being used for this little thing, from my experience with those over a decade ago when I was still in school and you were encouraged to bring things in to donate to those as a sort of yearly event they wanted "non perishables" meaning stuff that lasted months rather than weeks unrefrigerated. So oreos, crackers, canned food, that kind of shit. It's not a normal grocery store if you read the thing but instead just another way whatever this thing is plans to distribute charity food.
I'm betting they're gonna pull that shit where they fill the bag with more air and decrease the amount of chips so you're still paying the same for less as their trend the last few decades has been.
