On the one hand, it isn't bad to collect your thoughts over the days, especially if you're giving your accuser a rope to hang themselves with. On the other, it doesn't look good when you wait a week or two and your response covers the BPD hoe thing, but not the Ellie and ageplay thing. If Tom was confident, he could have shot back within 1 to 4 days just by dropping the texts he already had. The waiting feels like he was afraid something else was going to be leaked about him. The good news for Tom is that I knew he was a loser so something like "his room was messy and he's a gooner" isn't dropping his reputation nor something he should care about, but not smacking Rowan's accusations of rape and filming without permission as soon as he could was bizarre.

To Rowan: you stupid asshole. The big takeaway from all this seems to be that you never put your dick in crazy and that Tom likely has a skeleton in his closet, but many less than first presented. For me, personally, it was because Rowan did a decent job of pretending to be hurt, not only that, she seemingly pulled a Marky and made her cohorts walk back everything they said. All she had to do was be honest, but now everyone's claims about Tom either fall flat or need more scrutiny to prove correct. This was a Christmas example V 2.0 and it actually managed to make it a little bit farther than the last crazy bitch making accusations about a man who might genuinely be bad, but the fact that they lied makes it extremely harder to prove bad things about people. She also pulled on my heartstrings and I had genuine hope that a zoomer her age would actually be faithful in regards to Christ as that's become more and more rare, only to be thoroughly disappointed. She can't really claim much about Tom's faith, considering she seems more than willing to ignore the faith when it conveniences her, which is just as bad as Tom popping zyns during mass. Simply because you sin away from the church doesn't exonerate you, and I doubt she confessed to a priest about all her sinful text messages and desire for Tom.
