This might be the most absurd of the random federal judge injunctions we've had so far. Setting and unsetting TPS designations is straight up the role of the Secretary of Homeland Security and is at their purview. Quoting George Washington saying immigrants are good or something doesn't change that. We have a Supreme Court ruling from just last year where they said that yes, the feds can end TPS for Venezuelans. I'm wary of doing anything too heavy handed to the judicial branch but come the fuck on, there has to be some sort of way to reprimand judges for going against something that the Supreme Court approved not even a fucking year ago.
