Tom is a public figure, thus the actual malice standard applies even without section 230 protection. An interview does not come close to meeting this. Going to be very hard to sue anyone other than the girls for defamation (and even then I'm not sure it's a particularly strong case).

Well, this is where we have to weigh the words of one party to another. I'll take Tom's word with good faith and say that he didn't rape them, until the girls clarify their position.

I hate to say it but Tom won, his biggest crime is to date many bpd whores, one day it'll truly catch up to him although even if he does abuse somebody it'll be hard to believe the victim. The 'biggest crime' was and remains his relations with the age play girl. Everything else I believed was bad but was either lesser or lacking the same level of proof. I wish more people were talking about it, unfortunately because some of the allegations have been successfully disputed now no one's even going to care about that. On the bright side, the next time he gets in a dispute with a prolific figure they can bring that up and eyes will be back on it.

I would like you to read by post again, paying attention to bold word - if he can prove monetary damage caused by that interview, that alone is grounds for civil lawsuit.
