His rental history is absolutely staggering.

Russell claimed to be evicted twice in 2017. Neither was an actual eviction, but rather month-to-month tenancy that was not renewed. The first was when his landlord opted not to continue with his month-to-month lease, due to Russell mailing a letter to the landlord’s sister (without having any reason to have had her address.) The second incident was, per Russell, due to him informing his landlord of his Taylor Swift lawsuit. The veracity of this is suspect, obviously.

We also had a verified kiwileak in the thread who shared in a May 28, 2017 comment: “There is no social media proof of this but I personally do know that Rusty was kicked out of a place that he lived. I don't know the exact details of what happened that he was kicked out. All I do know is that he said some very threatening things to someone and that he was forced to leave.”

That was just 2017! Since then, he has progressed to legitimate homelessness and actual evictions. A complete lack of growth in any aspect.

Because he thought he smoothly slid into a roommate situation with a cute girl. Someone lonely, looking for money, and willing to chat about interesting topics like the benefits of legalizing prostitution and working in brothels. He even vetted "her" picture before moving in.

Sadly our landlord is Michael R. Schaefer, who took over for J. Michael at around 2007. (I've already updated my earlier post with that info.) Although this lawsuit's already a banger, with "parasite mail" and Greer trying to block the door using a trash can and a large pack of toilet paper. (Exhibit D.)

Russ not being black or hispanic is doing a lot of lifting for him here. Even though he looks and sounds retarded, he doesn't come across as someone on drugs either. Even if he's a deadbeat that will eventually get evicted, the apartment won't need thousands of dollars in repairs after he gets tossed out because he's a crackhead that tears the place apart.

Greer has fallen into a trap through his use of LLMs to produce his legal filings. If he were writing everything himself, he wouldn't be able to keep up with one case, much less three. However, once he had a taste of the forbidden fruit and saw how much more shit he could heap upon the docket, he started to get involved in additional litigation. He probably thought he was going to have a massive $20k windfall as well, which caused him to spend his rent money on these lawsuits or other things he normally wouldn't. When his avarice caused that to fall through, he had nothing in reserve to cover the rent.
