I've always maintained since the beginning that the age play stuff had the most damning evidence especially in regards to Ellie. the fact that he glosses over it and uses two exes (who have every reason to lie) current testimony denying age play makes me think even more so that the age play stuff has truth to it. his response to the age play is essentially "trust me and these exes bro". no one who is trying to save their reputation including Tom, Ellie, or Kai are going to admit to age play.
