That one Texas neighborhood getting flipped got me to check on what the midterm situation in Florida was this year, and the GOP frontrunner for Florida governor is Byron Donalds - a nog. I'm a little concerned just because I don't fully trust a nog even if he claims to be on my side.

But other than that, after skimming through his some of his activities and beliefs he seems to check a lot of based boxes, he has Trump's endorsement, he's apparently banned from joining the Congressional Black Caucus (left-wing niggers presiding over notorious urban hellholes don't like him, that's good!) and he made leftoids big mad after some comments about the Jim Crow era (essentially "say what you want but black families stayed together back then"), and making leftoids mad is as good a north star as any.

Also his wife is exceptionally Jewish looking to the point of making me cackle. I'd post her but attachments are busted right now, just google or wiki 'Byron Donalds wife' and be amazed. I'm not even mad, we basically have the American division of Hamas festering inside our borders, fuck it get all the Jews on board to help put it out.
If she has the amount of based Stephen Miller has in his left pinky, she might not be awful.

What is it that the left "hates" about this anime though? It's pretty heartfelt and dare i say, sincere?
Answered your own question.
Besides the superficial similarities, i really don't see how they can look at the demons, the way they're portrayed, and immediately pivot to "MUH BROWN FOLK!"
Because when they look at the demons they see a reflection. Like nearly every other piece of media, they see themselves in the villains; be it the bugs from Starship Troopers, or the Orcs from Warhammer/LOTR. That line "words are a means of deceiving humans" describes them to a fucking tee. Just like how they're still eternally assmad over Gamergate 10+ years later, they will forever be actually seething over that Frieren quote and the MillenialWoes tweet, because it describes the unmoving reality of who and what they are, and everyone knows you can't be a leftist if you don't hate reality.

Erika Donalds seems okay based on a cursory glance at her background. She's a school choice activist that leads education policy for the America First Policy Institute and serves on the advisory board for Moms for Liberty (among others). The latter has been very active in Florida over the last decade, known for fighting against Cultural Marxism/Critical Race Theory in schools. Wikipedia

Reading the article at face value, it sounds like they want to make the countryside more appealing to non-whites as a vacation destination.

A man can wonder, then, why anybody would want to visit the UK countryside for tourism if the countryside has been made into yet another mixed-race brown mud-soup that doesn't resemble the UK in the slightest, given that one could see the very same sights had one gone anywhere else in this wonderful globalized world of ours.
Exactly. Like I said in the thread about this, what is the point of going on vacation if all cultures are erased?

Besides "going to the beach" or hiking/camping, the point of travel is to see other cultures. I wouldn't go to Kyoto or Milan or even fucking Cairo if I wanted to see McDonalds and Walmarts or hear English. I don't need to feel "comfortable," that's the point. I want to be out of my element and challenged and see something different.

Moms for Liberty is active all over the country. They rose to prominence in Biden era.

They're REALLY hated by libs.

To the point where that nigger from Star Trek, reading rainbow motherfucker, made a threat to them on a show or something.

It’s sad. I just like, want to see and read cool shit about prehistory’s greatest creatures and not see a mosasaurs with a “From the river to the sea” flag in its mouth or a T. rex with a blue/pink/white color scheme to celebrate mentally ill porn addicted men.
Trannies don't understand the appeal of hunting an Allosaur with a break action rifle made with a cut down 20mm AA gun barrel.

Why exactly do the the citizens of a country need to make immigrants feel "welcome"?
That is such an absurd premise.
I keep thinking of that quote or copypasta that went something like "when I'm the minority, I demand for rights because that is according to your culture; when I'm the majority, I take away your rights because that is according to my culture"

It's just words. People were calling the posters talking about Frieren autistic but it really feels like that. They just invoke words in a random order hoping it gets you to accept the migrants.

Nobody can ever articulate why we should have them in our country. The only legitimate argument they have ever come up with is the "I need them to build my roof for cheap", which is honest at least.

he made leftoids big mad after some comments about the Jim Crow era (essentially "say what you want but black families stayed together back then")

I'm not sure what you would call black people with this mindset, but it's refreshing to see. There's a guy I used to hang out at the bar with who was like this and he was an absolute riot. I could feel people's brains fizzing hearing us talk about how maybe, perhaps, segregation was the correct answer all along. You have your culture, I'll have mine. Separate, but equal.

There's something to be said about how literacy rates were better for blacks under segregation and the stronger presence of a nuclear family. There's a lot of problems in modern black culture that are basically unspeakable to anyone who isn't black, and even then, those who speak out are called coons and Uncle Toms (ironically a hero, but I digress). I don't care much for Charleston White, but he said something in an interview that stuck with me. The interviewer asked him why he was so brash and he responded with something along the lines of "when I was in a suit and tie sitting in on committee hearings and speaking on our issues, none of you paid any attention to me. Now that I'm out here acting a fool, dressing like a clown and showing my ass instead, NOW you all pay attention to me".

Byron seems okay
he's not a Vivek-level mistake by any means, from what I've seen his track record is basically some gop schmuck
and the alternatives aren't so hot
the closest to a real candidate for GOP nom other than him is Jay Collins, current Vice-Governor
Collins _had_ been sounding based af like, two weeks before he officially announced, like at one point citing "for me it was Tuesday" in an interview I caught, but then his announcement video was this half-assed thing where he's got the mic on the other end of the room and he's going on about "oh uh umm er gosh I guess Byron might be the man, but I want to at least push him to be a better candidate. Oh yeah I guess I might win too"
So I dunno what the fuck he's doing, but that was a MASSIVE misstep to kick off if he was ever serious
SPEAKING OF UNSERIOUS
then there's James Fishback, who's primary campaign platform is "H1-Byron Donalds sucks"
early on he announced he was running as "Libertarian 2.0" and then a few weeks later announced his platform was a 50% tax on Onlyfans and even stricter abortion controls in the state. Then he went on a stream with Clavicular, who takes meth and has been on a pharmacy and a half since he was 14, so I guess back to Libertarian 2.0?
I saw a joke to the effect of "wake me when he's at neo-con 2.0 and promising a forever war with Alabama and Georgia"
Last I saw Fishback's campaign events are to show up down the street from Byron events for free.

From what I understand on the inside baseball (my uncle who works for conservative nintendo told me) leans VERY heavily in Byron's favor because he started running way before anybody else with a shitload bigger war chest than anybody else, so, and here's the biggest trick even beyond the Trump endorsement, he hired up most of the good backstage people before anybody else.

tbh I'd rather they run her lol

I keep thinking of that quote or copypasta that went something like "when I'm the minority, I demand for rights because that is according to your culture; when I'm the majority, I take away your rights because that is according to my culture"
This is a quote from Frank Herbert's Children of Dune. It was originally, "When I am weaker than you, I ask you for freedom because that is according to your principles; when I am stronger than you, I take away your freedom because that is according to my principles."

The only reason anyone ever thought assimilation could be a passive process is because we managed, for around 50 years, to have a critical mass of White children that were doing the hard work of assimilation (bullying, ostracizing, only speaking English, etc) for the nation as a byproduct of the education system.
You aren't wrong about all this, but there's another side you're missing. Back in the 1990s, the left explicitly declared that assimilation is racist, their logic being that foreign cultures enrich us with diversity, and it's racist to say ours is superior and harms immigrants to disconnect them from their roots. California kicked it off by ending compulsory English for Hispanic kids in school. This has led to three straight decades of immigrants tearing apart the cohesion of our country in ways we haven't seen since the Italians brought over anarchism and organized crime.
