You'd have to say "I couldn't have been at that drive by that killed jadarius because I was with snotboogie at the time" and if they ask "what were you doing with snotboogie" you'd say "I plead the 5th" - now they may strongly suspect that you were engaged in illegal activity with snotboogie but they'd have to prove that separately.
