Why do they keep posting these performative, rhetorical questions on Twitter like this? "How does he constantly get away with [whatever crime]?" How do you think? A fucking cucked, stillborn local police force, practically under orders by confused federal, provincial and local governments not to dare hurt or offend any tranny, similarly afraid to actually do anything to this fucking freak, lets him get away with whatever he wants because it's easier than dealing with whatever retarded fallout comes from actually punishing the fatass.

They know this. Why not just come out and say it and post video to prove it?

Publication bans on a lot of things, but no worries stuff evidently is being worked on. If the system is as corrupt as you state, it is up to people taking it the fullest course to prove it first. Considering the risks, it must be proven without a shred of doubt.
 
Yaniv will just move into a women's shelter like that piece of shit Dave Muscato. Unfettered access to vulnerable women and children AND unlimited used tampons? He'll never leave.
 
That was to me a bit unexpected. I thought he would be able to get at least a few more extensions before the hammer fell. But perhaps the system is tired of having to deal with him.

That Alta has been granted the title, what does that mean for Jonno living in that condo.
Is this basically that he is now in a sense evicted, or will removing him be a separate process? I assume the latter.

For a sale, I doubt anyone would entertain buying it, let alone go inside the condo at all on a viewing while it look like a hoarders landfill. So they will have to clean up and renovate before they can even show the condo to prospective buyers. And that would require to have Jonno removed first.
So is that what will happen now?

What are the next steps?

As I think I said earlier, the business of Vancouver is the business of real estate. Shoot crack on the sidewalk or beat up random seniors and no one cares, but mortgages are serious business. Alta West is a private lender that offers short term money at high interest (for a mortgage anyway) and is not going to sit on its hands in a declining market.

Foreclosure goes like this:
Order Nisi - Go to court. Judge finds that mortgage is valid, exists, and is in default. Judge sets "redemption amount." Judge grants, in most cases, a six-month redemption period. The debtor has six months to get it together to get other financing and fix his problem.
Order for Conduct of Sale - YOU ARE HERE. Lender now has authority to list and sell the property. This is given when there's a reasonable chance that the lender can recoup his money by selling the unit, as opposed to an Order Absolute.
Court Approval of Sale - the court needs to approve the sale before Alta West can complete it.
During the conduct of sale Alta West can apply for other orders, like having him evicted, depending on how much trouble he causes them.

The eviction proceedings will likely follow the same procedure as landlords evicting tenants, up to and including the court ordering the bailiff or police to escort them off the property so the locks can be changed.

All I can hope is that it doesn't add up to what he wants. They won't talk to him, he'll have to sit in some bed he doesn't want to sit in and be stuck in limbo for the rest of his miserable life. Normally I'd say a troon in Canada of all places would be able to creep around as much as he wanted but it's Johnny FUCKING Yaniv and fate seems to want to torment him constantly.
 
I've never posted in this thread but I'm well aware of Yaniv and his antics, and I saw the community feature, and so all I've gotta say is this: Good. I'm glad this piece of shit is losing his home, he deserves it. May he die from the cold, cold Canadian winter winds. That is all.

I know it's :optimistic: but a man is allowed to dream, damn it.
