I think that was the Gaza charity Lindsay raised money for with her "Miss Rachel Jews are Khazars & Israel deserved October 7th?" video.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but as far as I know none of her actual content for children is politicized. It’s just basic preschool shit about numbers and colors. The only thing separating her from any other generic YouTube Kids slop peddler is that she panders to terminally online liberal millennial parents. A brilliant marketing strategy, honestly. They lap up her social media virtue signaling and proclaim she’s the Mister Rogers of Gen Alpha, despite the fact that their 3 year old would get the exact same experience watching cocomelon.

It’s a ridiculous comparison, of course. Mister Rogers did gently touch on political issues, but he respected the intelligence of children and did it in an allegorical rather than heavy-handed way (helps that his show was intended for kids old enough to talk in complete sentences and comprehend basic abstract concepts). I can’t see someone as preachy and performative as Miss Rachel being capable of that level of sophistication.

Steve from Blues Clues is a closer comparison content-wise, but he at least had a calming presence. Miss Rachel’s shrill, high-pitched baby talk voice is grating to anyone who isn’t an iPad kid with blown out dopamine receptors. Steve also came off as more genuine because he’s actually a soft-spoken and chill person in real life, whereas Rachel comes off as really fake IMHO (recent events have proven this to not be an unfair assumption).

Mister Rogers (and Steve for that matter) also probably wouldn’t be preaching about empathy and peace while following groyper accounts on instagram. That really puts her whole narrative into serious question.

I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was at least not a malicious person, just a typical bleeding heart “won’t somebody think of the children” liberal white woman who had good intentions but was led purely by emotion and sentimentality. People like that tend to be naive and easily manipulated, so maybe she failed to pick up on the ideology of many people she was associating with.

Her apology video has made it clear that Rachel benefits a lot from being infantilized, which leads people to assume she’s harmless. She knows it, and tries to capitalize on it. But even if we assume that she has only the purest of intentions, why do comments on the socials of a gentle, empathy-filled peace activist sound like /pol/? Why is this the audience she’s accumulated, and why do they think she’s on their side? How many times does she need to be reminded that she’s actively working with people connected to Hamas before she does anything about it? Hamas and their allies are terrorists who kill/maim/destroy the lives of countless children, something she allegedly cares so much about. Including Palestinian children, who I was led to believe were the most special and precious of them all in her eyes.

It’s like she doesn’t even care about her brand at this point, which leads me to believe the groypers and the goatfuckers have rubbed off on her and she’s just a crypto Hamasnik. A grifter would at least give half a shit about good optics. The most charitable possible interpretation for all of this is that Miss Rachel is a massive fucking idiot who is in over her head trying to be an internet activist and has unwittingly caused harm by becoming a moral shield for violent extremists.

For fuck’s sake even a cynical asshole like Lindsay was able to publicly denounce blatant Bad Empanada-style antisemitism when it crossed her path, and she didn’t have to get caught “accidentally” agreeing with it first. The bar is so low it’s in hell, and Miss Rachel still tripped over it and faceplanted.
