France decided to seize oil tankers as well.
For all the jokes about euros being pussies the French actually are one of the few EU nations whose military isn't a complete joke.
We will unironically see Cyrax successfully kill an ICE agent before Blondi actually arrests any Antifa leaders, or Don Lemon.

I dunno we just arrested 3 leaders of this and charged them with the kkk act and face act. Just saying give it about a week and the consequences are coming into full effect.
This new ICE debate just really fucking pisses me off and puts me in doomer mode because both sides are wrong to varying levels, when even moderate liberals unironically think all illegals should stay here, we should have open borders, and how they keeping omitting the word "illegal" every fucking time they talk about it, as if ICE is also purposefully going after the legal immigrants on a mass scale, while MAGA, even if their core motive for the deportations IS reasonable, comes off as total authority-loving bootlickers for openly celebrating how brazen ICE has been allowed to become with how many times they have disrupted civilian life with the nationwide raids, because that amount of state-sanctioned aggression naturally gets even law-abiding people uncomfortable, especially in a culture that has always celebrated some aspects of libertarianism.

There seems to be no middle ground in mainstream discourse surrounding immigration anymore, you either go full libtard, or full authoritarian.
At the end of the Day Im starting to respect the old school dems like LBJ and Clinton i feel like America needs to go back to common sense dems and republicans again.

In an unrelated but funny political story, today I was talking to my dad and we got in an argument about ICE wearing masks and I said they have to wear masks to protect their identity because you know who else wears masks? Antifa, who want to physically harm them and their families.
He earnestly told me as a matter of fact that there is no such thing as antifa, that it is an urban legend made up by the Trump administration. This stupid idiot suffers so hard from TDS he actually thinks that antifa is some kind of samsquanch that orange man made up too sic ICE on people.
I love my step mom and I don't understand how he was able to pull off marrying her because she's such a nice lady, she shot me the funniest "Get a load of this fucking idiot" look when he said that and I smiled at her and it immediately defused the situation.
I love my dad and everything but he is the perfect example of in ragingly uninformed TDS sufferer. I swear to god at one point I just wanted to look at him and go "Holy shit, you are so fucking stupid now I know why mom left you and I'm so fucking glad she took me with her."
He's a normally intelligent and logical person, but it just goes to show you that people let their feelings get in the way so hard when it comes to Trump that they will believe whatever ridiculous narrative makes him the boogeyman.
Don't feel upset people like this are demoralized and probably take their politics to be personal. For many dems they're democrats because they're good people and their world view the gop has to be evil.
I've always found the best way to deal with these people is not invoke trump's name and use alternative more politically correct name. Instead of Antifa you say Marxist aligned agitators. Your wording has to sound cold and professional to break them.

It's an open secret in hospital "finance" that the amount they bill insurance companies is hyper-inflated (often an order of magnitude -- i.e. 1,000%) and if you walk into a billing administrator's office at a hospital that just billed you $80k for an ER visit, tell them "I have no insurance, but I'll pay you $8k cash right now to settle this bill," they'll take it in a heartbeat and gladly write off the rest.

The insurance companies do the same fucking thing -- that hyper-inflated bill for $80k will get laughed off UnitedHealthcare's accounts payable desk and they'll cut the hospital a check for something closer to $10k (i.e. negotiated rates for everything) -- just with more steps.

The hospital admin would rather have "some money" for services rendered than "no money" for services rendered. Never just ignore a hospital bill, no matter how ridiculous it is. Even if you go in and negotiate in bad faith (i.e. "I can afford to pay you X per month for Y months to settle this debt", just to get them to commit to reducing the amount owed), at least argue with them for a reduced total amount so when it goes to collections it doesn't hurt as much. Never let the full inflated bill go to collections -- you'll never get it reduced then and you're destined for bankruptcy.

I fucking hate it. And it's one of the reasons there's pressure now to force hospitals and clinics to publicly post real-world cash-on-the-barrel-head prices for their services and products.
My buddy had cancer and he told the nurse he couldn't afford any of it and would be going home to die in peace. She immediately took him to the Hospital Chaplain and they got him in as a charity case. Waved almost everything, set up hospital provided transportation for days he was doing his radiation therapy, etc etc. They're apparently required to spend X amount of dollars on charity a year to maintain tax status, and if you're a sympathetic case they're often all too happy to help you out.

If you are white, but speak Hindi and claim to hate browns… can you get hired by big tech? Serious question.
No. Indians are EXTREMELY ethnonepotistic. Izzat culture means they actively lose their imaginary street cred points for hiring you when they could hire someone from their country or even better their tribe. They would quite literally rather die. Plus hiring their countrymen means they can hire cheaper and usually can get kickback bribes from the new hires.

And here's the most horrifying thing. You know that retarded shit they spout about how superior they are to everyone else, despite being functionally retarded layabouts who have quite literally never contributed anything to the world in their shit stained, curry scented lives? They believe it. 100%. They think the entire world works on their shitty caste system and everyone not Indian is beneath even the dalit untouchable slaves.

Slowly selling out the country with a smile while lying about their love for it isn't really much better than the current state where they want to do it fast and admit they hate the country.
Both end up at the same destination the old way just made people not afraid.

He steps outside of his libertarian leanings too much anyways. It's easy to forget that all lolberts don't hate all the government all the time. When the government is doing something that is undoubtedly its constitutional duty (mass deportation and remigration), no expense should be spared and no stone left unturned. He's just being a contrarian faggot at this point. I don't even know why. I thought Trump was popular in Kentucky, or maybe they're the left wing lolberts that don't believe in borders and/or shampoo.
I hate how he has these write ups calling himself a farmer.

In reality, massie got into MIT, corralled venture capital, started a company working on haptics in 1993, and just like folded it into the wave of acquisitions, took his money and bought his wife a 1200 acre ranch in Kentucky by 2003

After becoming bored in a few years, he decided he should do politics.

He’s not the moral paragon he sells himself as. As far as that all goes, even as gay as Rand Paul has become, he at least was a practicing ophthalmologist who did an actual job
