Shouldn't any DOJ prosecutor worth their salt be able to prove he's breaking multiple Minnesota driving laws alone doing this shit? Not only does he fail to bring his car to a halt for Stop signs, he's holding his phone up to record this shit.

Got it off this website: 2025 MN Driving Statutes granted it's just a fine but repeated violation of the use of wireless communication device can lead to steeper infractions and he's posted videos of him on his ICE patrol multiple times now. Dumber still he's got a phone clip to place his phone on in the video so it can be used as a GPS, and wouldn't obstruct the rear cameras so he could have just set it up as an improvised dash cam to record the hood of his car.

Between that, and speeding down some of those narrow, icy side streets, I was waiting for him to wipe out or get into an accident.

I love the end when the ICE mobile completely dusted him, and Stancil is left forlorn and heartbroken.

While he's made his own case against him by recording all of it, because nothing bad happened it's unlikely the district attorney would even bother touching this without overwhelming public support.
The DOJ is more busy doing... something? about the international fraud originating from Minnesota and Maine so I don't expect them to crack down on Will Stancil of all people. Just wait for him to roll his Honda Fit in the coming storms. Winter isn't over yet.
