So if he's below 5'5", then his considerable girth (considering his lack of muscle mass) would put him at 190-200 lbs? There doesn't seem to be a good height/weight estimator/visualizer for men that I can find online.

Are the neighborhoods in question small enough that walkie talkies work? Surely there's not two dozen ham operators doing this? I would've thought HAM operators would be more survivalist-righty-lolbert guys and it's not like somalies can do that.

From what I’ve gathered these aren’t dispatchers in the traditional sense, rather they have Signal group chats and some people are coordinating them, perhaps by listening to police scanners or just coordinating incoming reports. There are a lot of wine moms with too much time on their hands it appears.
